My Transaxillary Breast Augmentation Experience

I got a transaxillary breast augmentation and nipple reduction. I am 2 days post surgery.
I have wanted a breast augmentation for 20 years and decided that after having kids and the money to do it.
In my research, I found a plastic surgeon in the area who specialized in the tranaxillary method and could also reduce the size of my nipples. After breast feeding both my kids, my nipples had become long and saggy. My surgeon and staff were wonderful and highly professional. I asked them to take a picture of me right after the implants were placed, because I had read that was what the final result would look the most like.
The next day after surgery, the worst pain was from the incision site in my armpit. There was a lot of swelling where the implants were passed through to get to the muscle. The chest tightness and pain felt like I had a very heavy weight day at the gym.
One thing to note that no one told me is that the area where the implant is passed through will have an air pocket that crackles and has a bubbling sound when you move your arms.
From my one day post op photo you can also see that my belly area is swollen from the operation as well. I got 275cc each with highly cohesive silicone.
