Had it done August 5, lower and upper abdomen. As others have said, it wasn't bad at all. The massage afterwards and then about 5-10 minutes after that were tough. Getting up and walking around helped me. But yesterday, day 5, the real pain started, keeping me up last night, and Tylenol and aleve really aren't helping much. I have a high pain tolerance, but this is similar to when I had shingles. Very, very uncomfortable. I bought an abdominal binder today, am hoping that will help. The staff were very nice, my technician went out of her way to take good care of me, including bringing in an extension cord to hook up my portable DVD player. Eat something before you have this done; I had some nausea after the first procedure on my upper abdomen but she brought me some pretzels which helped a lot, and I was fine after that. Can't wait to start seeing some results!
