So far I've only been to my consultation. My Experience, AMAZING! I was able to talk about how I wanted to look after the BA. I was given a Saline & Silicone implant to feel & figure out which one I liked best. I'm going with the Silicone Gel by Mentor. Also, I was measured and then given a bra to try on different size implants & the Patient Advisor Christina recommended 375cc however I think I want to go LARGER. I'll keep you posted

In my earlier post, I mentioned the Patient Advisor recommended 370cc-375cc. Well she called to check up on me the other day & I expressed to her I thought that size would be too small for what I'm looking for. I told her I was interested in 400cc silicone high profile gel implant. Then, the BOMB DROPPED. Christina (patient advisor) told me Dr. Cohen would ONLY go as large as my body would allow. *thinking to myself okayyyy rules are rules & it makes sense* Dr. Cohen did however mentioned that during my BA he would try the size I like and if it fits without my skin being over stretched he could go for it. But if not he will have to then DECIDE FOR ME based off of what we discussed in the consultation. The pic I am attaching is what my boobs look like now which won't show much, when I get home I will upload more .......????

Hey there! Jeez my PS said the same to me. I trust her to make the right call, after all, she is the expert! (That's what I keep telling myself) besides, I desire a very natural look...She will do this w silicone mod + and told me she will not go higher than 375cc and in a very very low voice said "i'll try the 400 but won't make any promises" - I like ur wish pix - be well love and WoooOOOHoooOO!! Hey! I am also going for the natural look.....but more like the kind of girls that were born with big boob kinda natural look.. =P .....if that makes sense lol. GOOD LUCK on your journey I'll try to keep up with your progress! :)

This is one of my worries. I'm so flat and even after breastfeeding my skin is pretty snug. I have tiny saggy nipples. Most probably wouldn't guess I've breastfed at all. I would love to go up 2-3 cup sizes but am scared I'll be lucky to get one. I hoe you'll be able to achieve the size you're looking for!

Yes by all means! I steal people's wish pics too lol! But I've seen people with a 32AA go up pretty big so u never know until u go for ur consult. I'm HOPING for u! & I hope I get the size I want too we'll just wait and see

Your stats are almost identical to mine! Did you go through with your surgery? If so do you have any after pictures? I'm considering the same PS and would LOVE to see more of his work and patient testimonial firsthand. :-)
