I had my first treatment of coolsculpting 3 weeks ago. I'm 4'10" and weigh between 125 130. My mid-section has always been an issue. I had discomfort during the procedure and after. It hurt me in areas. Numbness in those areas for a wk. I have seen a little change in my flanks. I would do it again despite the pain. 3 months from now I will give you a full report on my progress.

Total Health And Wellness. Gwen is awesome. She is very professional and caring. All of my concerns were answered and then some. I am so thankful that I madr several consultations. I had a price in mind of what i thought was reasonable. Total Health And Wellness was right where I thought it should cost. Please get several pricing. Qwen never brought up doing a second application. She told me to give 6 it months and see my results. I can't wait to see my overall results. Being a noninvasive procedure was huge for me and I did my research on it. I am so glad I made several consultations. Total Health And Wellness also offers other things as well. Dr. Rosalind Jackson is an OBGYN and heads up this office. And I appreciate that she made my treatment affordable and performed with utmost professionalism and heart.

My tummy before the coolsculpting.

Monday 8/21/17, will be 4 weeks since my coolsculpting. I can say to all of you that I can tell a difference in my lower abdomen and my flanks or love handles/waist. Some of my clothes are looser and I feel smaller a little. If I can see a little bit of a difference at 4 wks, I am excited to see what 3 months will be like. I will get a picture posted soon of me now.
