as a post anesthesia nurse for the last 40 years i have worked with hundreds of surgeons; Dr. Nashielli epitomizes the best of all of them. she is kind, compassionate, really cares about her patients and is an excellent surgeon. she truly performs miracles, just look at her before and after pictures! i consulted with another recommended surgeon in PV who had an "i can't be bothered" attitude. Nyelli is just the opposite. no matter how busy she is she takes the time to answer all of your questions and goes out of her way to assure her patients comfort. her support staff reflect her philosophy and values, her assistant Lori is amazing as are her office staff in Guadalajara (i had surgery both in GDL and PV, three procedures in all). i can't recommend Dr. Nashielli highly enough!
