I'm 33 years old. 5'6''. 110lbs.size 32A. workout addict. So far, I've only had my consultation. I'm getting saline, under the muscle, nipple incision, and somewhere around a 350cc round moderate or moderate plus smooth mentor implant. My goal is to look natural with a small to full C. My surgery date is set for July 12.

Hey there, the day is getting close! How exciting! I still have over 2 months to go : ( but at least I'll be prepared. Did you make a final desicion on the implant size/type?

i have my pre-op next tuesday and we will make more of a final decision on size but at my consult, she thought 350cc would get me to a medium c. i can't wait!!!

2 week countdown
so today i have to stop taking all medications and supplements. I just noticed that my multi has vit. e in it, so i'm going to stop taking that along with a bunch of other vitamins i take and my pre-workout. i will just be taking zinc, vitamin c, and a b vitamin complex. does that sound okay or do you think i should take anything else? i think my boyfriend is so sick of hearing about my surgery but i'm so excited that i can't stop. he really doesn't want me to have the surgery and was very against it at first, but is starting to understand that it's important to me and he needs to be at least somewhat supportive. my pre-op is in 4 days!

I had to quit all my vitamins including c and something with b in it!! Due to increased risk of bleeding during surgery! I would ask your PS just to be in the safe side!! Good luck! I am 11 days away and cannot wait!!

my ps told me to start taking vit. c and a b complex when i went for my consult. i just added the zinc to make sure i don't get sick before since my lymph nodes in my throat feel like they are fighting off a sore throat and it isn't on my long list of things not to take. it's so weird how everyone has different instructions to follow. i'm so excitted for us. you are the day before me. :)

So.. I have read that some docs recommend Berocca, which to me pretty much looks like emergen-C, but I have not looked closely at it. Also- as you mentioned C. I assume you have read about arnica and bromelian. I had my procedures schedule for May previously but changed docs, that doc recommended I not take anything at all except the combined supplement they provided, I'm sure its precautionary in case people don't read the bottles well etc. Better safe than sorry, you probably want to clear it through your doc.

Actually - I just checked out the berocca website, it has guarana and caffiene in it, I wouldn't take that! I don't think Caffiene would be the best before surgery....
June 30, 2013
ya, no caffiene for me before surgery. i'm sure my stomach is going to be a ball of nerves as it is.

Thanks for sharing. I had no idea we had to stop taking vitamins and per workouts. Although I haven't even went to a consultation. That's what I love about this site. I learn something new everyday

It's nice you know several other women who have had great experiences with your PS! Sounds like you've chosen the perfect sized implant for your figure. Will you be taking some time off for recovery and do you have anyone to help you the first few days? Here is a list of items you may want to purchase and set up before your surgery. Looking forward to your updates!
That's great you can take that much time off from work! Glad to hear you'll have some great support during your recovery. I am hoping that because you are a workout addict, recovery will be a breeze. Feel free to post photos if you're comfortable!
