I stopped pull-ups, push-ups, or any other other exercise that really targets chest. When I do shoulders it's a lot of over head movements. Some movements I still have to keep the weight low (skull crushers, pullovers) or it feels like it's pulling on my pecs.
It feels weird. I have zero strength now doing them & used to do them a lot before surgery. I knew I wasn't going to do them after because I do not want my muscles to strengthen & migrate the implants out wards like a lot of woman who still do chest. I paid too much $ to have them look good.
