I had a really great experience but u do have to...
I had a really great experience but u do have to say that the recovery is very long. And you must prepare yourself for that ahead of time because I was a very active person and didn't realize how intense the recovery would be. Make sure you have support and time off work. Exercise for me started about 4 months later but it has taken until now with regular daily exercise to really start to see abdominal definition and even get the feeling all back in that area. It's a very big surgery but if you're prepared for what you're getting into it's worth it.
