Severely Deviated Septum and Rhinoplasty. Toronto, ON

For about three years I had difficulty breathing through my nostrils. After consulting with an ENT, I was advised to see Dr. Alexander. Upon meeting him, I noticed he was patient and attentive to my concerns. He explained I had difficulty breathing and smelling because of my severely deviated septum. This was a physical obstruction so surgery was my only permanent solution. In addition, it presented an opportunity to improve the overall appearance of my nose, especially the slight bump I had. Naturally, I was nervous but Dr. Alexander's thorough explanation of the surgical process as well as his credentials, I found later online, eased any doubts. My experience with Dr. Alexander and FACE was excellent. All appointments were prompt and I was always greeted by his friendly staff. Photos were taken of my face at various angles and my nose was digitally altered by Dr. Alexander to help me envision possible outcomes we discussed. Dr. Alexander stayed in contact with me via email to address any questions along the way. The wait time for his response was never long and always informative. Surgery was painless for me. I slept through the whole process and thanks to the anesthesiologist I felt no pain when I woke up. Dr. Alexander followed-up with me post-surgery and made himself available, via phone and email, for any concerns I may have. It has been four months since my surgery and my breathing is perfect. I can breathe easily from both nostrils. My nose looks natural and not like it has been surgically altered. The results were definitely aligned with what we were hoping to achieve. I absolutely would recommend Dr.Alexander and FACE for a rhinoplasty.
