When I saw the ad for Scalp Tattoo and Scalp Micropigmentation on Facebook by Scalp Esthetica, I really thought it was a joke. I did some research and found out that it wasn't only real, it was possible. I'm 41. Had a small island of hair on my head that I had to shave off on a daily basis, and a large empty crown area. I went in for my consult, still skeptical, but it just so happens he was doing the treatment at the time and I got to see the process, talk to the guy that was having it done and actually saw the results. That was probably the best consultation I could have. So I decided to go through with it. The results were amazing. I like it, and the only people that could tell were my friends and family. Confidence - way up. Self-esteem - way up. Hats and tuques - in the closet. Seriously though, if I could be a spokesmen for this procedures to others, I certainly would. In fact, i'm making a small video for scalp esthetica to let other people know about my experience and results. I also told Tino that if he needs me to be a reference for anybody, just give them my number because I truly believe that this SMP process works.
Is it for everybody, probably not. I think you have to have the right frame of mind and be able to and willing to shave your head on a daily basis which can be annoying at times when you don't feel like shaving it. For a week or so you feel that everybody on the street knows you've had scalp micro done and that they are all staring at your head, but once you get used to it, you just enjoy the results.

Also forgot to mention. Scalp Esthetica does 3 treatments. First one is a peppering technique as seen in the video. The second treatment he adds more density. The third treatment is a "just in case" treatment to add some more density and clean up any areas. The most important part of this treatment is the hairline drawing. You got to make sure that it is exactly what your looking for (frontal and sides).
