Pre-op/post-op things and tricks
I had such a good experience so I thought I'd share some of my knowledge and tricks that helped me. Firstly taking arnica will help you tremendously but I started taking the pellets 2 weeks before surgery and for two weeks after (I don't know why but my bruising/swelling seemed so minimal compared to had extensive my surgery was). After wards having a baggey of frozen peas on my face was hard to keep in place so I took a regular latex glove and filled the fingers (minus the thumb) with the peas and then put half the fingers on one side of my nose and the other fingers on the other side and let it balance there. This really helped me when I was trying to sleep or just relax.
