I think it looks fine. Really suits your face.
I do see what you mean. It is not perfect but you look great. What a great improvement. You are a very nice looking young man. Leave things alone. If they stay the way they are now, I would say it is a 90% perfection and improvement. However, if breathing is a problem, maybe consult another doctor.
Frankly imho you're not giving your surgeon due credit. You have a fantastic result. Not too many surgeons could have given you such a result. I think you're doctor is right not wanting to remove more of your bridge: the enemy of good is perfect and you risk ending up with a feminized nose. It may seem nice in your eyes to remove more of the bridge, but your nose will get scooped giving you a feminine look and of course then your surgeon will be the one who has caused this (and you would rightfully be disappointed, since a scooped/feminine nose would alter your face drastically). Your surgeon is right to not risk that, since it looks perfect now: masculine and certainly not with a noticeable bump. Hope you're living your life, loving your nose and are enjoying your result since this is a tremendously good result. Your nose looks very natural, your tip looks refined without looking pinched. I had not heard of your surgeon but if this is representative for the rest of his work: wow.
Thank you for sharing your areas of concern. If the price you have listed is correct then that is an incredible amount of money to pay, and not receive what you expected, regardless of how drastic surgery improved your nose. I'm not sure how a bump on only one side of the nose would make you look masculine, or how removing it would make your nose look feminine. If you were willing and this is something that could have been corrected, then it should have been. And if you are respectful, it's unfortunate that your calls were not returned, a surgeon should never refuse to respond to previous patient, especially less than 2 years after rhinoplasty as it can take up to 2 years.. some surgeons even say more to fully heal. If you were willing to, and it was safe to do so a revision should have been done. Yes your nose does looks great, but I can see the bump and nobody should tell you what looks best on you. Thank you for sharing.
I did a lip lift and I have the same scars on my nose

The truth is

At first, Dr.Alexander is very nice, answer your questions very thoughtfully, and is eassy to communicate with. When I got the surgery done, I was exited and I was really influence on what the surgeon would tell me such as about 6 months I will have a better view of my nose, as I told him the nose seems bigger than what I expected, I also noticed a bump on the upper side of my nose but he said it might be just the inflation of the recent surgery. After 6 months, I revisited him and we discause again the bump and he said "I actually like it better like that, it gives you a more masculin look" I don't know how he has the audacity to say that, since at the very beginning I told him I did not wanted it, I even paid for the service. Also just after having the surgery the middle part of my upper gums was numb and I couldn't taste anything; he told me that with the time it will go but he don't understand why as he did not touch any nerves that could affect that part. Now after a year and 2 months my gums is still numb althought the taste came back but I feel like food doesn't tast as much as it used to, and i still suffer from the right side of my nose to be constantly blocked. Another thing that also hurted me is now that i've been trying to contact him he doesn't reply anymore....

Hey, I was considering doing one with him. I am sorry to hear that. Would you mind sharing a few pictures of how it looks like now? Thanks!
I was not able to put the pictures as a reply to you, so I'm just letting you know I posted the "update" it should be right below this comment. can you please let me know if you saw them and also if you need more photos. Thx
I just saw them and the quality of the photo got affected when uploaded so you can't really tell the open cut scars, if you want the photos in better quality let me know and I can send it to you to your email or something.
Hey, thanks so much for the photos! To be honest, I think you look great! Even your nose looks good :) How is your nose from the side? And as for the scars, how noticeable are they?
Also if you'd like to talk over email, my email is renita95@gmail.com... thanks a lot! Your feedback really helps!
I'm sorry to hear, thank you for sharing and letting us know! I hope everything has gotten better. I have had recent interactions with the same doctor and I can see what you mean- he speaks his mind/is honest and straight to the point, he isn't exactly gentle and won't sugar coat things. The plus side is that he won't try to get you to "buy" or spend which can make surgeons come off as sketchy.
I also think your result still looks great to outsiders ! :)

I had a really bad perspective of my physical...

I had a really bad perspective of my physical appearance of my nose, since it was flatten due of missing of cartilage on the tip of my nose. Also I was getting difficulties in breathing through my nose. Therefore I decide to do a rhinoplasty. The functional part has really improved with the rhinoplasty from a scale of 1-10, I'll say 10. The plastic part is very well done, I'm getting so much compliments, and also it really helped me with my self-esteem.

ps; Dr.Alexander and me, decided to get cartilage out of my rib, in order to get a more natural look rather than using fake bone. Also keep in mind on the photo on the after results I've done previously a jaw augmentation. Two more things, throughout my recovery i didn't got any bluer than what my pictures show, which is impressive since i thought I'll had a very blued faced. And my nose didn't hurt at all, the only complain was my rib but with the medication it is supportable although very very annoying.

Your surgeon did an excellent job. Congrats. It just looks so natural and fits your face perfectly. Did your insurance cover the functional portion of the surgery? I am happy for you. Thanks for sharing your experience with us. Take care.
Thank you! And yes the functional part was paid by the government(Canada), although the price I paid to cover the plastic part was 11,800$.
It is worth every penny! Enjoy!
What a difference, you look great! I bet you're delighted. x
Thank you! indeed I'am. :)
Looks good.
