Dr. Power gave me the mommy makeover of my dreams!...
Dr. Power is undoubtfully a very skilled and knowledgable surgeon. During consultations, she took her time explaining everything I needed to know, drawing out all options including their pros and cons and what would work the best for me. Ultimately, she'd leave me to make my own decisions but she'd guide me to the right direction. She is very realistic in terms of explaining expectations and never gives false hope to get you into doing something you don't need or would cause complications and/or hinder recovery. It was evident that her patient's health and recovery came first. Not only is Dr. Power amazing at what she does, but her level of patient care is outstanding. She'd promptly answer all my emails, which were embarrassingly frequent and full of questions. Her answers were always very thorough and she would always welcome and encourage further inquires. I still email her till this day whenever I have a follow up question and she would so kindly reply to each and everyone of them. As I was ready to go home after the surgery, she gave me her phone number and told me to text or call her if I ever had any questions or in case of emergency. She called me the night I went home to check on me. Needless to say, Dr. Power has a very sweet and caring personality. She pairs a lovely balance between professionalism and friendliness that puts you at ease. Being a female doctor is a huge bonus for me because I'm such a shy person, so I was definitely more comfortable with her then I ever would've been with a male doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Power in a heartbeat for anyone considering a mommy makeover. She made what is typically a very difficult experience, into a very pleasant one.

Dr. Power gave me the mommy makeover of my dreams! I'm only 4 weeks post-op, so things are still in the healing phase, but I'm already in love with the results. I got a tummy tuck, natural breast augmentation via fat grafting harvested from my thighs, which counts for thighs liposuction too. So it's a 3-in-1 surgery and I couldn't be happier with the overall outcome. I had a flabby tummy fold that was hanging over my c-section scar, and it's now flatter than its ever been and the scar is a nice thin, clean, slightly curved line and is already healing beautifully. Dr. Power also tightened up my diastasis muscle that had been separated during pregnancy, to give me straighter looking abs. The star of the makeover though are my breasts! Talk about a 2-3 cup increase without implants! In the words of Dr. Power herself, "it's remarkable!" I've always been a 34C pre babies era, but got deflated down to a 36B after breastfeeding and what not. So while I've been dreaming of a breast augmentation ever since to fill up the volume that's been lost, I wasn't comfortable with the idea of having a foreign body (implants) inside my breasts. During my consultation with Dr. Power, we discussed the possibility of fat transfer to the breasts and she believed I made for an ideal candidate as I 1) have some generous amount of fat in donor sights 2) my breast tissue had enough space & elasticity to accommodate for a large volume of fat injections. Dr. Power was capable of injecting a whopping 500cc in my right breast and 560cc in my left as its slightly smaller than its sister. Immediately after the surgery and for the first week after, they were HUUUUGE and so firm from the swelling caused by the process. Now that the swelling is down, they feel soft with a very natural fullness to them, and a really nice enhanced shape, cleavage and size. I couldn't resist going to Victoria's Secret for a bra fitting and according to the lovely ladies, I now measure 34DD!!! Although, I feel like I could squeeze just fine in a 34D. Dr. Power explained to me that it's still difficult to assess how much fat will actually stay and how much will be reabsorbed and that I will be able see the final results within 3-4 months post-op. She continued to say that worst case scenario I'll be left with at least 50% of the fat injected, although 70-90% is also very likely. Praying for the 90% possibility everyday. I just love the fullness they have right now and the deep cleavage they've developed. Through my experience, I believe that breast fat transfer procedure is groundbreaking and one that Dr. Power is very skilled at. It's an amazing alternative to implants for anyone who's not looking for a dramatic change but for a natural looking enhancement to the shape, 1 to 2 cup increase & for restoring lost volume. What I love about it the most is that's it all YOU! From one area of your body to another area of your body...nothing artificial here. Plus, it doesn't hurt that you get your problem area liposuctioned as a bonus. My thighs, which have always been in-proportionally larger than the rest of my body, are now smaller, thanks to breast fat transfer, I would never have thought of liposuctioning if it weren't for the procedure.
