Picture of my lip in May 2017 5 weeks after my first lip lift which I had in March 2017.
I felt there was still a noticeable gap and wanted to shorten the distance between my lip and nose more hence I opted for a revision surgery to remove more skin on October 11th.

I agree with you
I personally like the results from the first lip lift - looks natural. About the revision - can not comment because you look swollen. However it doesn't really matter because now you have done it and no way back:) The best you can do is to wait for the swelling to subside and get used to your new look:) I have got long upper lip a bonus after rhinoplasty but I am affraid to make a lip lift. A bit envious that you have the courage to do it :)
I think its looking good 2 time around
Looks great! What a lovely change!
You are looking just perfect now after the second lip lift. I agree with your decision to go with round 2! You go girl.

Timeline of procedures

I had my first lip lift in March 2017 and removed 6mm. I noticed a veeeery subtle change but there was still a very noticeable distance still between my nose and lip and very little teeth show.
On October 11th I opted for a revision and decided to have more skin removed and (8mm).
The scar healed quite well following my first op and I am hopeful for the same this time round.

Your lip lift will look good. To me, you look swollen from the front and from the side view. Take a few more days resting, avoid mirrors, for swelling - sleep with your head elevated, and avoid foods with salt. In a few days you will feel better about your appearance. I have read plenty of reviews where the reviewer has regrets and adjusting to the change in their face. Your face looks good and your thoughts will settle down.
Thats good advice re salt and head elevation. I think you're right I need to relax a bit and stay away from the mirror, thank you for the feedback its much appreciated!
I think it is going to look beautiful, give it time to heal. Swelling distorts everything but it's part of the healing process, no worries, it will be gorgeous :)
How's it looking ?

Hey!!! So I first got a lip lift in March 2017....

Hey!!!
So I first got a lip lift in March 2017. The reason for this was to shorten the distance between my nose and cupids bow, which was 1.9mm and gave me an 'old man/monkey' appearance...I basically had no top lip but my main concern was the distance between nose and mouth.
I had 8mm removed in total.

So, are these pics from after your most recent procedure? If so, are they before the March procedure, too? Just trying to understand the pics with regards to the timeline.
Hey! So the first picture was taken in January 2017 pre any op, the middle are the pictures of my lip as of Oct 14th 3 days post current op and the third picture is another january 2017 again (bad organising on my part should probanly delete that one).
Then I think it looks much better. The duckish look will definitely get better. So, the last pic is after your first lift, right? Just want to clarify.
Thank you, yeah I probably just need to be patient. Yeah that's right, the last one is right after the first lift, as you can see there was still a lot of skin still remaining.
I think, aside from the swelling, it looks really good. If the scar heals well you will be pleased I am sure
I'm jealous. That's exactly what I want. Looks great!!
Don't worry. The swelling will go down and so will the space a little. I've had two, then years apart. I would suggest daily massaging of the entire bottom underneath your nostrils. This can get hard and stiff if you don't and could interfere with your smile so massage everyday for a long time.
I think it looks perfect, wish I looked like that!!!!!
