Healthy Fat Lady

I was a healthy over weight woman with no will power to stop over eating and exercise.
Iam a mom of 4 and one day l was watching
My daughter who was turning 14 and a beautiful size 12 (at the time i wore a 22.)I wanted to be her size and enjoy all the things I had been missing out on because of my own insecurities like swimming , co ed baseball and roller skating plus so much more. I had never really felt fat in till that day i always said I was big boned????.
