so even after my dr stitched me up the stitches just didn't stay in place. and now i have a little slit there. overall i look like im in good shape because. swelling is mostly gone. i do feel some discomfort when I am sitting in certain positions that create some pressure in the area.
i don't think i look the way i want to look. i feel like the minora are still larger than id like. id prefer them sitting further inside. right now they sit in line with my majora.
my doc is great. she said in 6 months we can revisit them and see how im healing. apparently i need to wait a year before i get things re-fixed as i need time for the tissue to heal. that totally sucks! i know it's part of the healing process but i hate the thought of waiting 1 whole year. i don't like how it's uneven because of the slit and i dont like that the minora aren't further inside. i don't like my vagina. :S
still love the doctor. this is clearly not her fault. it's my body. and her staff are still super sweet and friendly

I wanted to do this because I didn't like the way...
I wanted to do this because I didn't like the way I looked, I felt like I looked gross. I'm beyond glad I did it. There was no pain during the procedure with the exception of the local anesthesia she injected but it was like a tiny pinch. Mild discomfort for the following days but overall it was worth the money. I know people can't see what was done BUT I love the new found confidence I have. I feel more "normal" now, it's great!
One of my stitches did come out before it was supposed to BUT Dr. Kasrai took time out of her schedule and fixed me right up (within an hour of my calling her). I wasn't in any pain just more discomfort. Now I'm fine.
Honestly, I'm really happy about my decision to have the labiaplasty and to have Dr. Kasrai and her team do it.

Dr. Kasrai made it easy to trust her with her positive, calm, approachable and professional manner. She was so sweet and her nursing staff were amazing. They would talk to me to distract my mind and held my hand because I was soo nervous. Eva would call me to check up on me and answer any questions I had. Dr. Kasrai was great and so were her staff!
