Back in 2014 I had my first FUT procedure at another commercially popular clinic in Toronto. I had extensive hair loss and literally no hairline. The procedure itself went well, but the results were not what I expected. Fast forward – In early 2016 I decided to research other doctors/clinics that focused on the FUE procedure. I met with multiple doctors in the GTA area and even had a consultation with a doctor in Turkey, but I was not convinced. It was not until September of 2016 that I met Dr. Torgerson. My initial consultation was with Dr. Torgerson and Brian. Dr. Torgerson took his time to examine my hair, the results of the previous procedure and recommended realistic options. I was truly impressed by his approach to provide options that will get the best results and improve the look from the previous procedure. He is well informed and up to date with the current procedures and practises that will get the best results. During the consultation, Brian shared his story and the results of his FUE procedure. His willingness to share his results made me feel they are truly focused on getting the best results and understand the emotions tied to hair loss. More importantly that the procedure works! During the consult Dr. Torgerson also outlined step by step the pre / post procedure. I knew before the end of our conversation that I had found the place I will do my FUE procedure. I had my FUE procedure done December 2016. Leading up to the procedure I had been in contact with Brian to answer any questions or concerns and he ensured I had all the information, prescriptions and vitamins needed for a successful procedure. There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am for Brian and the team. Any questions or concerns they were answered same day - all with a friendly and professional approach. The day of the surgery went exactly how it was planned out. Everyone from Dr. Torgerson, Brian and the team were all there excited for my procedure and ensured I was comfortable. The procedure itself is a long day but I felt little to no pain and everyone was interactive and talking throughout it all. At the end I truly felt like I made such great friends. I am now at 5 months post op and my progress is AMAZING! The hairline looks natural and seeing density in the front and still new hair is growing. I have been back a couple times for a follow up and everyone comes to greet you and see your progress. It is truly a great feeling to see everyone involved and following up on the progress. I have recommended friends and recommend anyone looking to get a FUE procedure to meet Dr. Torgerson - I promise you it is the best clinic! I will never go anywhere else. Kamal!
