I am very happy with the texture and smoothness of my skin. I've also been exfoliating my with scrubs and the Clarsonic Mia to enhance the sloughing process.
My breakouts are a wee bit better, but it might also be because I started using benzoyl peroxide products a few days ago.
The melasma has been significantly reduced, and that is only after one treatment. I can't wait to do the next one and see the results.
As for skin tightening, it feels tight the first week but after that, I haven't seen an improvement in the elasticity of my skin

I have to say that despite the breakouts which were worse than I'd had in 10 years, that I am really happy with the texture of my skin. It's soft, smooth, and there is a slight improvement in the dark spots.
If you can deal with the bad before it gets worse, than I really recommend this treatment.

My skin hasn't changed. The texture is still rough, but not as bad as day 2 & 3. I'm breaking out all over my tzone with little pimples, but my chin has much bigger ones (also getting my period).
My neck still has all the same scaring and the malasma on my cheeks, forehead and above my lips has not subsided.
Hoping session 2 & 3 really make a bigger difference.

how is your skin now?
My skin really broke out worse than ever before, however, I was somewhat expecting it given the information I read.
I am a picker too, so I'm sure that I'll have even more scars to deal with, but I also anticipate that the next 3 treatment will correct the initial "damage."
Apart from the breakout, my skin looks quite smooth and youthful. At 31, I am usually told that u look 28+
Since the treatment, the response I get it 24, 25...I will take that!!
Makeup doesn't cake on or get lost in the lines, it just looks smooth with a nice healthy glow.
Side note, I also started uaing my clarsonic on the 6th day to take off the excess dry a scabby skin.
