I have wanted to do liposuction on my abdomen,...

I have wanted to do liposuction on my abdomen, arms, and inner thighs for quite some time. I am in my 50's and my motivation to lose my additional weight through diet is waning as my metabolism does not work the same as when I was younger, and it feels torturous. Liposuction is expensive so, when I heard about Coolsculpting, I impulsively bought 2 large applicator treatments that were used on my flanks. It was done at Bellair in Yorkville in Toronto. After pictures were taken, the first applicator was applied to my right side. It was a bit painful initially but, that subsided. It was quite relaxing as was in a dimly lit room with a television were I was brought lunch, and coffee. After an hour, the first applicator was removed. I was surprised by the intense pain. The nurse massaged the area that had been treated which brought some relief. Then the left side was done. At the end, I was a little bit bruised and very numb. My sixth/seventh day was the most painful post treatment. Three weeks have passed and I am still numb and sometimes itchy in the area of treatment. I do not see any difference yet but I am patient as I know it is most noticeable at the 3 months mark. ....I was going to do more areas as I was offered a great price until I started to do more research. A new technology has come out that is awaiting approval in Canada called Sculpsure. It is apparently cheaper, more efficient and tightens skin, as well. Additionally, I started to read about "PAH." Coolsculpting actually increases fat, instead of decreasing fat in some people. Now, I have "chickened-out," and I am reconsidering doing lipo. Nevertheless, I will post a photo of my abdomen that I took pre-treatment in a few days and again in 3 months. Hopefully, I will see a bit of difference.

I do not see a difference, yet.. However, it would be difficult to tell as it was only the flanks.

Ahhh you did it..ok...flanks took me the longest to see the results...it is too early...it takes a few months...keep the compression garments on..they do help redrape the skin and keep the fluids out
