In regards to my present rippling.....There has been an improvement with my present Inspira Soft Form #2 gels. An improvement was all I was expecting and I believe had I used dermal sheeting I would of not been ripple free either and would of spent ALOT more money! Rippling is the trade off of having breast implants on thinner girls so I accept this trade off. I am pleasantly surprised to see that my present Soft Form gels are just as soft as my previous Mentors. I think that maybe downsizing could of had something to do with this but all in all these feel just as soft as my previous ones and with time this can even get better. I think the smaller the implant, the more natural it feels. My doctor did a great job revising my areola scars and at present I am using the Mepiform silicone sheeting for at least 6 months....

Hello, I am 8 weeks post op from downsizing my implants and I'm doing well with no discomfort or pain. When I was in to see my doctor 3 weeks ago he said the left breast (your right) should drop more to look more even with the right. Because of the capsule repair he did on the left, the implant is sitting higher and hasn't filled out in the lower half. The repair may be slower down this process of dropping completely in it's pocket. My doctor said to give it time but worse scenario if it doesn't he will have to make a small revision to revise the pocket. He said he would waive his fee, and I was so happy that he brought all of this up himself without me having to wonder or ask first. I am very happy so far and fingers crossed that my left drops some more!

So it's been just over two weeks since I've downsized and I feel pretty good with no significant pain. I still have lot's of swelling, a bit of extra skin around the nipple area that needs to shrink down. The left breast hasn't settled completely and is a bit higher right now. I had a left capsulorraphy in the medial area so this is probably why the left is taking longer. I am so far very pleased with the size!

I can't stress enough the importance of finding a reputable, talented and caring doctor such as what Dr. Kreidstein has demonstrated himself to be. It takes time, and I would suggest not rushing into any procedure without educating yourself first. Dr. Kreidstein's office and surgical facility are nice and very clean. His staff have been with him for many years and that says a lot. Everyone is welcoming and pleasant to deal with. What I look for in a doctor is their ability and talent not how fancy the office is or that they offer green tea while you wait. Dr. Kreidstein is not only extremely talented but puts his everything into each and every one of his patients. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kreidstein, my experience with him has been top notch.
