34K Too Much Too Handle For My Size 10 Frame

UPDATED FROM 34K2011

Pre-Op Photos 34K Breasts

$7,500
After speaking to a few people and my doctor, Ive been told the chances of my breasts growing back a slim; however, if they do they should only increase in size by a cup size or two. I might ask to be a big C cup now instead. I can handle an increase to a D or DD, but not much more.
As for breast reduction surgery risks and complications, I have been told there are a few as there are risks in all surgeries. The scarring is one thing I am worried about because I get keloid scarring when my skin is cut, as I discovered when I was a child and cut myself while playing outside. Infection and changes in my nipple or breast sensation is another worry I have. I hope my surgeon can fix my asymmetry breasts, but that is another possible outcome I will have to deal with. Not waking up after general anesthesia is the thing that freaks me out the most, but i have been informed that the chances of this happening are very little, less that 5%. We should also remember that breast reduction surgery is one of the most popular cosmetic surgery. Thousands are done each year.
There were many more risks and complications, but these few stood out to me. I am very healthy so I should be ok when recovering from this surgery.
These photo below were take to show how low my nipples sit on my breasts and how large my breasts are compared to the rest of my body. As you can also see, my breasts are very pendulous even with my hands above my head.

I've read about hypertrophy of breast on wikipedia, and if what I read there is true there seems to be a connection between hypertrophy and sensitivity to certain hormones. I'd suggest you get yourself tested before surgery if you have concerns. It also seems that it happens more often if you have the procedure done in your teens. Perhaps you could post a question about it in the q&a section? There are doctors answering the questions posted there.
Oh wow... The doctors will answer my questions free of charge. I am sure they don't spend all day answering questions from this site. What's the catch???
They get emailed the questions. My surgeon told me he logs on and answers when he has a little free time. No catch.
Well, it's good PR too :)
Wow... Something for free in this world for once. Thanks for the tip. I will try it later today.
Definitely use the free doc question option here. As a word of advice, do post pics so the docs can know exactly what you are talking about. I have read a lot of the Q&A section and pics seem to yield more responses. Also include personal stats: height, weight, age. That way they know you a little better :) I'm happy you've decided to go through with the procedure. You will benefit so much from it and feel so much better! :)
Omg.. You must be super e cited to get rid of the bad boys and welcome the new girls;-)
Today is holler at my girls day & show some love & support to all my sis hope all is well God Bless x
I think all women on here should blur there faces in all the photos, which is why I'm chicken to post any .. .

Bigger is not always better

I am not comfortable showing my face in any of my topless photos for obvious reasons. I received an e-mail warning me about perverted guys on this site copying photos. Are these guys sick in the head or what?

N-E ways, on to the main purpose of this site. Here is a photo that shows how saggy my breasts are. As I said previously, my breasts sag to my bellybutton. How attractive is that? Here is another lovely symptom of my large breasts. As you can imagine, the fold under my breasts takes up a large area of my chest and stomach. Well I also sweat profusely under my breasts during the summer months and it smells gross and It is so not attractive. I powder and put folded paper towels underneath and between them, and change the towels often if they get moist. I do this reluctantly to control the moisture under and between my breasts, otherwise I will develop yeast infection. It's basically a rash, and it can get really severe and hurt like Hell till it heals. It can also break the skin and cause scars. If you haven't had this, trust me you don't want it. And people pay for these???? I'll give mine away any day if some flat chested girl wanted them.

I had gained a few pounds, about 15-20 pounds. I also started on bc a few months after having our baby. The (Tri-Cyclen) that I was on caused me to also gain weigh and retain water and both my booty and breasts got huge. This is the biggest my breasts have ever been to date, even bigger than when I was breastfeeding my baby. My breasts were just over 9 pounds each and sag to my belly button as you can see in this photo. Yes, my husband and I weighed them, but we're not sure how accurate our measurement was, but I'm sure we were close. This is not something I am proud of, but of course my husband was impressed. I contemplated not posting this photo because I think my breasts are disgusting and I definitely don’t want my face in any photos with my breasts looking like this. I also can’t trust that people (Sick GUYS) won’t steal them and re-post them. I'm going to remove/crop my face out of the pics I have now. MY BREASTS ARE WAY TOO BIG AND SAGGY!!!

I love pink.... Just sayin'. Because my waist is so small (about 28 inches in this photo) and my breasts are so large (about 42 inch bust in this photo), people assume I must have breast implants. Don't you hate that? The night I went out in this outfit I had so many negative stares. I can't wait for the day that people notice me for me and my other features like my small waist, flat tummy, hips, and my booty lol.

Do I need anymore reasons why I want breast reduction surgery???

Best of luck with the surgery, I hope you won't have to wait too long, I know just how uncomfortable big boobs can get, even mine weren't as big as yours. I had the rash, sweating and thrush infections too. Man that was nasty. I'm so glad I'm rid that problem. Having small boobs is such a relief, and I really don't think people can understand just how much of a relief it is unless they've had to carry big, saggy boobs around like we on this site has for more years than I care to remember.
Good luck in your journey. Hope you get some relief very soon.
Those reasons sum it up nicely! I can't believe they are 9 pounds a piece. It makes sense. Mine (which were certainly not as big) weighed in at about 2.5-3 pounds each. You do know how to carry them I must say! It's funny how I looked at myself and complained about how big mine were but then there's women who are bigger than mine were and cope so much better :) you are a rock star! You are going to look and feel so much more comfortable. :) I can't wait to see your transformation
Oh sweetie, your back must hurt ALL THE TIME. I was a 38G, I just can't believe you have had to deal with those. I know you are looking forward to your surgery. Hang in there! You are so beautiful, and you will be even more so when you have this done. Good luck!
Believe it or not, but back pain is minimal for me. It is the heat rash, groves in my shoulders and my pendulous breasts that I am most concerned about. I am a bit worried about the 1500 to 2000 cc that the one doctor told me he estimates I should have taken out to reach my goal. 2000 cc is like 4 pounds. What did you have removed?
I had 5.5 pounds removed total, so I wouldn't be surprised if a Dr wanted to remove that amount from yours.
Although my breasts are not as big as they were, the first plastic surgeon I saw said that removing approximately 1500 to 2000cc from each breast would leave me at about a big C little D cup. I still think that is too much and I don't want to be any smaller than a full C cup small D cup.
They took 4,5 pounds out of me and I was smaller than you (but still pretty big). 2041 grams to be exact. You will love being smaller !
After seeing this video I should apologize to the surgeon that told me I would need as much as 2000 grams removed from each of my breasts to reach my goal of having 34C or D breasts. I thought that was too much as 2000 grams is just over 4 pound, and that would mean I would need a total of 8+ pounds removed from my breasts. I am 5 foot 6 inches tall and weigh about 145 lbs now and I have 34K breasts. The lady in the video below is only 5 foot 2 inches tall and 180 pounds and she had a total of 7kg or 15 pounds of breast tissue removed from her chest. Warning: This video contains nudity. This video shows a breast reduction surgery of a woman who needed 15 pounds of breast tissue removed to get her down to a D cup. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_9pHdWe9EHQ
This procedure is covered in Canada and I should not have to wait too long. Less than a year my doctor says. I do qualify for this procedure, but I don't have a date booked yet. I am shopping around for a good plastic surgeon who can offer multiple methods of breast reduction. I would like to have scarless beast reduction surgery, but I might be to big and not be able to get the results I want.
I'm not sure you would have a lot of options with the amount of tissue they need to take, but it's always good to search out the best option.

Hi all... I am Canadian, from Toronto, Ontario. I...

Hi all... I am Canadian, from Toronto, Ontario. I am married with three beautiful children and an amazing husband. It has taken me a while to build up the courage to talk about my breasts issues to strangers, but I felt this is a good time in my life to get this procedure done. I am here to get advice and moral support during my journey to having breast reduction surgery in hopes of eliminating chafing on the sides of my breasts due to side spillage because some of my bras are too small and my arms also rub on the sides of my breasts. At a price of $60.00 to $80.00 USD to buy my bras, I can't always afford to buy bras. I also get heat rash on the underside of my breasts. Ultimately I want the weight and size of my breasts to be reduced. If I could be a D or DD that would be acceptable too me, yet DD breasts are still large. So here is a bit of history I am sure most of us large busted women can relate to.

My breasts started to bud when I was only 9 yrs old and 3 years later I was already a C cup. My breast reduction journey started when I was only 16 years old, 120 lbs when I was a full DD cup: however, when I was only 16 I was too young to have breast reduction surgery and there was a good chance that my breasts would grow back so I had to deal with very large breasts during my childhood with a lot of discomfort and teasing. I couldn't run or jump or do sports because it was so uncomfortable.

Back in the day when I was in my early 20's and before my pregnancies, I wore a 34FF / 34G cup bra. Best example of the size of my FF bust is the photo that I am wear a black 34GG bra. Most of you know this already, but during my pregnancy my breasts grew to a 36HH cup.

I have a bust measurement of 44.5 and my ribcage is 29 inches. That is a difference of over 15 inches. You do the math. I currently wear a size 34K cup bra after putting on some weight and to make matters worse my left breast is a full cup size larger than my right one. When I give my bra size I should be saying my left breast is a L cup and my smaller one is a K cup. Take a look at the photo of me in my white 34K bra. Can you see my left breast overflowing from the cup? If you are wondering if there are L cup size bras, there are and larger, but I can't afford them. Unlike a lot of busty women, I have a medium build (size 10 - 12) I stand 5'6" tall with shoes on and my weight fluctuates between 145 - 155 Lbs.

Since I was a teen I have noticed that I have grooves in my shoulders from the weight of my breasts caused by the by weight of my breasts pulling on the straps of my bras/bikini tops. For years now I have been getting my bikini tops specially made due to the grooves in my shoulders and the size of my breasts. Only being a size 10-12 I pay on average 70 to 100 dollars just to have my bikini's specially made. At custom swimwear dot com I use to buy my bikini tops, but I've since found a local seamstress that makes my tops. I can't wait for the day that I can just go to Wal-Mart and buy a bra or bikini and not pay an arm and a leg.

Attached are a few photos.
The photo that I am wearing black jeans and a white flowed top. This white top was altered with a built in bra to fit my 34K breasts.

The photo with the Toronto skyline in the background was taken while I had on a size 22 bikini top, also custom made for me. A size 10 is a 37.5 inch bust. I have a bust measurement of 44.5 inches which is a size 22.
