I'm a 34 year old mother of two. I breastfed my first born for 8 months and my second born for 3. I noticed after my first my breasts had completely changed. They were gone! I once wore a 32C and now I don't even need a bra :( I am having breast augmentation to get back the volume I once had and more! I always knew I wanted fuller breasts, even before babies but knew I would wait until I was finished having my kids. I've seen my plastic surgeon and now I'm just trying to decide which size will make me big but not huge if that makes sense. I know they say not to aim to be a specific cup size but how can you not? It's the only thing I know to compare to. That being said, my goal is to be a 32D or DD. I was given a range of 300 cc to 371 cc moderate profile. From there, if I want to go bigger, my range is 425-475 cc high profile.

I am 5 foot 7 inches
Weight 118-120 lb
Breast width is 12.5
Rib cage is 28"

Any input would be great. I have pretty much decided on 425 or 450 cc but would like the input of others.

I don't believe you can fit that size. What did your PS say?
He said I can get anywhere from 300-371 cc moderate profile or 425-475 cc high profile.
I just had a BA done on Monday and I was a 34 A before (I have had 3 kids) and my PS put in a 400 cc high profile Saline bag and filled to 400 cc leaving room to add more later if I wanted to go bigger.
I am 30 yrs ok 5'6 and 115lbs if that helps.

We are similar in stats.. I'm 5'7.. 132 lbs BWD 12.5 and'ribcage 30". I got 500cc hp mentor silicone. Wanted 550 but the ps said it was too large in size.. I think you'll be able to fit it based on your BWD:-)
Oh for sure they will fit. My ps said I can go up to 475cc. I just don't want to look huge. Picking the size has been the hardest part for me by far. I'm leaning towards 425. 371 didn't give me the volume I wanted and 425 seemed just right. The consultant actually recommended going 25 cc bigger as my implants are being placed under the muscle.
I think 450 would be perfect! :-)))

Hey hun hope this is in time to tell you if you can't decide go with bigger one. I got 421 silicon gels and I was so worried about going to big I went with smaller size and I wish I would have gone bigger maybe even up two sizes more. I absolutely love them but come replace I'm going up a bit ;-) good luck

I'm 5'6" 120lbs I had ba in October 2014 I went from a 34a and I'm wearing a 34d in vs it varies in brands
Oh and mine were deflated I went from a to full c wih each kid I have 3 my coordinator said go bigger lol I was overly cautious but I still totally happy
Awesome! Sounds like we are very similar with height and weight. So you think 450 for me. I mean it's only a difference of 25 cc so what's the big deal. I say that yet, I'm scared lol. Man oh man.
Yeah definitely larger one its not a big difference at all good luck i was scared too but I'm really happy i went through with it 8-) never thought i would have boobies again
