Workout/Diet routine? :

A few people have been asking me about my diet and workout. I was wondering if instead of commenting and explaining my whole diet and workout routine to just those people maybe I could make a post about it.

If anyone’s interested please let me know. LOL if no one is interested that’s okay I’ll just message and respond to the comments I have gotten from the few people who were interested.

Also, my workout HAS changed since my BA so perhaps I could elaborate on that more.

People have also commented about my butt in the past lolz, I could share my tips on making your booty bigger ;p LOL I by no means have a big butt but I think it is a little bit bigger than most people that share the same stats and race as me :)

Hope everyone is doing well xoxoxoxo

Where I'm at now:

I had a couple of more follow up appointments with Dr. Pirani. Everything is healing very, very well. He said my size will most likely not change substantially. He usually recommends his patients wait 3 months before purchasing bras, however he said my breasts already appear to be at that point, so I should be fine.

Oddly enough ever since I was measured at 1 week post up my size has not changed, I remain a 32DDD at VS. (However, while I was recently trying on bras at VS the lady told me that some styles in 32DDD were a little bit too small for me, mainly the pushups).

Also, of course my breasts have changed shape and appear to be quite a bit more natural in appearance so I am quite happy about that :)

WHERE I LEFT OFF: 9 DAYS POST OPP Saturday, December 28th (FREAKING OUT ABOUT INCISIONS!)

My PS and his patient coordinator Naushin came in just for me on Saturday to make sure everything was okay with my incision. I honestly felt so bad but my PS said everything was perfectly normal and he said to stop massaging my left breast because it looks pretty symmetrical to the right now (yay!).

He was not angry at all and told me very nicely that there was no need to apologize that he had to come downtown anyways to run some errands and that he would much rather put my mind at ease about the incision rather than having me worry about it.

Let me tell you guys him and his patient coordinator are the SWEETEST people I have met in my life!! Honestly they are sooooo unbelievably kind and helpful! They go wayyyyyy beyond their means to make you feel amazing :)

If anyone is looking to have surgery in TO Dr. Pirani is the Surgeon to go to!

I also brought them each a little thank you gift which they were both so grateful to have received.

They are soooooo genuine and just amazing, I am so grateful to have had surgery with Dr.Pirani :)
