8 weeks Post OP - Feeling good but still some tenderness

My pre-child size was a full, firm 34C but after 2 children, that was no longer. I decided to go with 420CC in one breast and 445 in the other. Larger than the PS recommended but after hearing from many women state they wish they would have gone bigger, this was a regret I did not want to have and thankfully I do not. The post -op recovery was a walk in the park after having 2 c-sections, however, I experienced major bloating and was very tired for 3 days later. Sleeping was very uncomfortable, as I could only sleep on my back. I did not need pain killers after one day post op but did experience a lot of tightness in the chest area. Having 2 small children, I do feel limited in what I can do physically but I do not want to risk any complications. I hate having to lie on them every night, it's uncomfortable and can't wait to get back to my workout routine. In the end, I am extremely happy thus far with the results and I do apologize for not posting photos, but I don't feel comfortable posting my breasts on line : )

Dr. Kara and his consultant Gina came recommended to me from another patient of theirs and I too highly recommend them. Gina is well informed and in turn provides that information to the patient. She is patient and thorough and takes the time to answer any questions you have. My first consultation was 2 hours and I saw her for about another hour again a couple of weeks before my procedure date. Dr. Kara came in on the initial consultation and answered mine and my husbands question satisfactorily. He is soft spoken and excellent bed side manners. The care team the day of the procedure was friendly and comforting. Yolanda the nurse assigned to me was great! The office is not a downtown, white couch, plasma TV's in the waiting area type of office, but it was one that made you feel comfortable and not just another 'customer'. I highly recommend Dr. Kara and his consultant Gina.
