I am a 42 year old mother of one who breastfed for what was probably wayyyy to long. My breasts are now deflated and saggy. Weightlifting has also stolen a bunch of boob from me too! I have my BA booked for Feb 18th and I could not be more excited. Getting 375 CC N-SSX375 Natrelle Inspira Cohesive Gel Implants by Allergan over the muscle. Will update as I go!

so the new girls are here! I was under twilight sedation so I was awake and chatting with the Dr. and nurses throughout. The local freezing made it painless. I am bandaged up with drains so I don't really know what they look like yet, but the shape and size seems good! I am on an anti-inflammatory non narcotic drug so I feel totally lucid. There is almost no pain. I kinda feel like I did lots of push ups, but that's it. Feeling great about my decision to have a BA! More updates to come! Thanks everyone for the support.

Why the drains? I have not heard of that w a ba. I have not heard of thigh light sedation either. That sounds great!

So my PS puts drains in all his patients for 4 days as he believes it reduces the risk of capsular contracture. I was happy to have them because it is only for 4 days and I'm not bothered by blood. The twilight sedation was great! None of the risks of general. I felt normal within an hour of the procedure! It was fun to chat and listen to the country music that they were playing in the OR. lol!

I wonder if he could've done twilight sedation if you went under the muscle?
Sounds great tho. I wish all doctors would offer that.

That's a really good question. I'll ask my PS when I go back on Monday to get my bandages off. I'll let you know. And I totally agree, avoiding general anesthetic is always a good idea.
