I have a breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Adibfar, going from 32A cup (I barely had any breast tissue) to 32D-32DD (depending on the bra/bikini).
I went in asking for 320CC- Dr. Adibfar was very honest with me and said he will not put an implant that big in me and that if I wanted 320CC I should see another surgeon. I respected that as he was honest and for my overall body size, 320CC would have looked extremely fake (this was not a look I wanted) and it would have caused more complications.
I trusted him with putting a max 255CC, under muscle, teardrop implant. And I am SO pleased with the results. It looks SO natural and it is just perfect for me. He is a very talented surgeon and specializes in natural looking surgeries. I am very happy that I had him do my surgery and would recommend him to anyone wanting to have breast augmentation.

Hi! Can you tell a little more about your body size (height, weight, pre BA shape, any pre-surgical measurements)? I am finalizing my size in two days (8/27/15) and am looking at 250-280 cc, under muscle, teardrop. I'm concerned about filling saggy, empty skin but still getting a natural result.
