I am an (almost) 32 year old mother of one. I never thought I would get augmentation, but after pumping for 6 months, and losing the baby weight, my breasts were looking sad and deflated.
My goal was to achieve a natural look, similar to my pre-baby boob (ok, maybe a bit bigger!). I am 5'8", 118lbs, athletic (runner), so we decided to use 280 cc, medium profile, teardrop / anatomical implants. The brand is Natrelle 410's.
So far I feel happy with the size, pain has been manageable, and I am looking forward to them "dropping" or settling in a bit!!

Hey girl!! Just read your post - it's nice to see another member that got under 300cc's. Not too many of us out there. Yours look fantastic! Can't wait to see them as they drop into place and "fluff" as they say :)

So far so good! I'm 5'6 120# and got 240 Inspira moderate rounds and even one week post op they are lower. My right pec is still a little tight and sore by end of day (I'm right handed) but other than that I have zero discomfort a week and a half out.

Thank you both for your comments!! Day 3 and I had some nausea & very tight. But I am still happy and looking forward to the "drop"! Love to see others in the under 300cc club. :)

I will say with 240cc and a barely a-cup to start, I'm pushing the "too small" feeling. But I need to keep reminding myself that once it is summer and I'm wearing more revealing clothing, I did not want that fake "ball" look. I want people to think that maybe I've just chosen more flattering clothing and not suspect boob job ;). I feel very comfortable today (10 days) but remember day 4-5 I was worried because I was still very uncomfortable. Complete turnaround at day 7 and 8. I stopped taking Norco on day 3 because I felt like it was contributing to feeling tired and run down. Sooner you can get off the narcotics the better IMO.

Hi! I really look forward to see your drop and fluff progress! I am also getting anatomical 410s the 24th of January but a little smaller, 250cc and low profile. Hope for same as you, that people will just think I've got flattering clothes and that I was lucky to get boobs even though I am thin :-) Good luck with the healing!

Excited for you @MissTrouble! I'll be sure to post some updates. Today is a much better day. Off the codeine altogether!

Day 4 - off the narcotics, into a sports bra!

Quick update on recovery so far... I decided to stop all the narcotic pain killers today, although I am still on the anti-inflammatory and anti-biotic. I am still sore, especially on my left side (apparently it is normal for soreness to be unequal!). So why did I go off of them already? Mostly because they were hard on my stomach, and I would rather be sore than nauseous & bloated. I think this was the right decision for me. My soreness is manageable, especially when taking it easy.

As for the boobs - I am very happy with the way they look so far and the size. I put on a sports bra today and had a small moment of panic - they looked huge!! But reminding myself that they will settle down and that I am still swollen.

Hope all the other ladies out there are recovering smoothly!

You look great! I got 275 ccs on Jan 10th and thought mine were too big at first also. Then I thought they weren't big enough, and then I felt like they weren't high enough... I think I just stare at them too hard now and it's my brain that's the problem lol. But seriously, you look awesome and I'd love to see an update. Yay for smaller implants
