29yrs old, 5'0, 125lbs, no kids. Asymmetric breast with mild sagging. Left: 34C Right: 34B.

Growing up with asymmetric breast has always been something that's bothered me. I've always wanted breast Sx to fix the issue ever since I was in high school. The asymmetry isn't huge... But very noticeable if not wearing the right bra to conceal it. Always having to wear a padded bra can be a pain, especially if I wanted to wear a nice dress... Clothing never fit me right. I'll be 30 this year, and even though my husband doesn't want me to go through with this surgery (he thinks I'm perfect the way I am)... I'm not willing to waist one more year feeling the way I do about my breasts. Life is too short and I'm living my life for myself, not for anyone else.

So, I made a couple consultation appts in TO and flew down for a couple days. I live a 20 hour drive away.

My wants/needs:
I want a breast aug WITHOUT a lift to correct the asymmetry with different sized implants if possible due to recovery time (I'm a RN and cannot take too much time off work). I like the look of my breasts even though they do sag a little, but I think it looks more natural.
I want submuscular for added support against gravity over time, to reduce the risk of capsular contracture, and to prevent seeing the edge of the implant on the upper pole.

First consultation was with Dr. Jugenburg's office. The consult fee was $200 and I was only able to meet with Kim, the RN due to Dr. J being in Sx that day. First off let me just say that the feeling you get from that clinic is very calm and relaxing. It feels high-end, and everyone is very friendly. You feel like you are an important person to them when you are there. I only waited for maybe 15 mins before I met with Kim for my consultation.
Kim is amazing! I love her personality. She listened to my wants and needs, answered all my questions, and never once rushed me through the process. I think I was in the room with her for over an hour and a half. When I apologized for taking up so much of her time, she was very warm and kind, and made me feel at ease.
She presented me with my options, and told me that I was welcome to return at a later date to see Dr.J in person at no extra charge. I have also been able to contact her several times with additional questions, and I've never felt like an inconvenience.
The only thing that I didn't like was that I was sent home without an information package about the whole process.

The next day I went to see Dr.Lista. My first impression was that is was a nice clinic, but not as high-end...There were a LOT more staff behind the desk rushing about and it was definitely NOT as intimate as Dr.J's office. The consultation was free. I didn't wait very long in the waiting room, and I was brought to a consult room with a younger woman, whom I think was just a coordinater and not an RN.

She spent a good amnt of time with me asking me my past medical Hx, discussing the actual payment/surgical process, as well as trying on sizers.
Dr.Lista was only in the room briefly, in and out a couple times as he seemed to be busy with other clients/tasks.
He was very straight forward which I can appreciate, but basically told me what he thought would look good, and didn't really ask me much about what options I had thought about. He told me that I didn't need a lift, and that a cohesive gel over the muscle would look the best on me. Not exactly the answer I was looking for as I want to go under the muscle for extra support.
He almost seemed short fused, and easily irritated. He asked me if I had anymore questions, but I felt sort of uncomfortable so I didn't continue asking.

I was sent home with an information package on what steps I need to take if was was interested in booking a date with them, which I liked... But overall I wasn't really impressed with the experience. I pretty much felt like another client on the conveyer belt, just waiting for them to take my money. It seemed like the payment portion of the consult was more of their priority, not the actual procedure.

So I went home, did more research on both surgeons and I've decided that I want to go back to meet with Dr. Jugenberg this summer since I'll be in the area anyway.

I've been doing a lot of research on reviews on lifts with augmentation, and he does beautiful work. And first I was scared about the scaring and what my breast shape would be like, but after seeing his post op results I'm very confident in his ability to make me look great.

I wasn't as open to a lift before, but now I'm coming around. I'll see him again in August, then we will decide together what the best plan of action is.

I'm so excited! I cannot wait!
