Dr. Jugenburg and his entire team are incredible....
Dr. Jugenburg and his entire team are incredible. I went from not filling A cups to the picture you see now. I wrote more about my experience below if you're interested :)
I can't fully express how I feel about my experience with Dr. Jugenburg and his team. To say they brought my boob dreams to life sounds weird, but that's exactly what happened.
I knew I wanted breast augmentation surgery for years, but never had the confidence to "pull the trigger". I went to Dr. Jugenburg for a BA consultation after finding him on RealSelf. He and Kim patiently walked me through options, sizes, standard recommendations and how they could be customized for my body. I chose a size and type I liked, and started to realize this was actually possible for ME.
I went home and thought about it more .... And more and more (I should mention I've been told in the past I have an anxiety problem-- Dr. J and staff held my hand every step of the way and never made me feel like a nuisance). I called Kim and told her I had some doubts about my choices. She told me to come back in, and sat with me for another hour while we totally revised my selection.
At this point the only thing standing between me and something (well, two things) I've wanted for a decade was simply booking a date. So I did it.
On the day of surgery I was expecting to freak out, doubt myself, maybe run away ... But I had total confidence that I wanted to do it and even greater confidence in the team I chose.
I had slight discomfort after the surgery, but for me the daze of painkillers was more of a struggle than the actual pain. Luckily I had no nausea, no complications, etc. Though I always had a nurse's number on hand in case anything did happen.
The last thing I have to mention is that the team recommended I go the areola route for the implants, which did make me nervous. I don't think any girl wants to go that way. But Dr. J explained to me that due to the shape and colour of my areolas I would have minimal scarring and that going this way would give the best possible result for me (I was super, super flat). I took his advice and, not surprisingly, I am SO glad I did. Thanks to his superb talents I have virtually zero visible scarring. I can barely see the scars myself and even others who know they're there can't see them at all.
As someone who didn't like her boobs for a long time I don't feel conceited saying that MY BOOBS ARE AWESOME!!!!!!! That is, Dr. J's work is awesome. My only regret is not doing it sooner.
