consultation - he was very nice and very thorough... no upselling of any kind... he will ask you what your end goal and what you are expecting... and he will tell you what is best for you. I am very pleased with dr. Tong and his whole staff... Everything was just outstanding... When I came in for the surgery... I was a bit early but they took me in right away... Dr. Tong answered all my questions and granted all my request... Even though my surgery isn't as big as a face lift... He knew exactly what he is doing... I asked him to remove more than 1cm of skin and he said that it won't look right and he is right... If he had removed more than 1cm of skin I don't think the result will be the same... I'm very happy with my result... And I'll be coming back for my Asian rhinoplasty with him... Thank you dr. Tong I'll see you guys very soon...
