I want to fix a lot of features on my face. I've been thinking about getting fat grafting or juvederm for:
- Chin: to create a more V-shaped jawline
- cheeks: fill out some lost fat, maybe a cheek lift will help?
- smile lines: they're getting more prominent each year
- nose: higher bridge and less bulbous tip
Which injection or surgery is recommended for any of these areas? What might be the side effects and the long term results? How long does each surgery or injection last? Based on the photos, is there any other surgery I should consider to improve my appearance?
Lastly, is there any recommended doctors in the Toronto, ON area? I'm tempted to fly to Korea for surgery as well, would it be better to have them done in Korea or Toronto?

If you determined to get something done, I would get some restylane done by an experienced Toronto injector. I would advise against a chin implant as you already have a nice chin and do not want your face to be masculinised, which a chin implant may well do. Fat grafting is generally for when a larger amount of volume is needed, which you do not need, and you definitely do not need a cheek life (a risky procedure, might I add) as you have zero sagging or descent.
I hope that helps.
I noticed your post and thought I'd chime in. In my opinion, you would need a chin augmentation and rhinoplasty to address your nose and chin. Injections could give you some change in these areas, but fat would not be the recommended filler. Radiesse could give you a more prominent chin and a higher bridge. However, a chin augmentation would give you a better result and this would be permanent. With your nose, injections can raise the bridge and refine the tip slightly. A better approach would be a rhinoplasty with a silicone implant for the bridge. Your cheeks and smile lines would benefit from some fat grafting. This would be a good approach to your concerns and the results from fat grafting are permanent.
