I have been wanting a tummy tuck for a while now, and now I'm doing it. I have decided on Dr. Peterson he and his staff are amazing! !! His patient care coordinator Mary is great!! She is only a call or an email away. I'm scheduled to have my procedure today!!!!! I'm pretty active I workout every day, but can't seem to lose my stomach! ! My breast use to be a 38c now I may be a B cup, which I'm fine with. I will posted pictures of my journey, because this site really helped me and I hope my journey helps someone also.

Your stomach closely resembles how mine looks. Similar to you I can build my upper ab muscles but not the lower. I'm constantly using the power tower to improve results. Unfortunately I hit nothing but the upper muscles. I'm planning to get a tummy tuck in the next few weeks. Can't wait to see what your results look like.

So far, I'm doing fine I'm not in a lot of pain. I don't feel any pain in my breast,which is wonderful. My belly, feels like I have been doing an ab workout for a week none stop!! Lol.

I still have on my binders,right now. I'll have some pics tomorrow when I change them out. I'm little sore,but nothing I can't handle.

I'm little sore in my breast. Mostly, around my aeorla. My pain on scale of 1-10 is a 4. Also, if you planning on doing the mommy makeover make sure you have a good support system. My husband and kids have been great!!

Great to hear how well you're doing! I'm guessing you got a lift without implants to have gone down a size....this is what I'm thinking I'll do when it's time to get my breast work done. I'm sure you'll end up looking as toned in your torso as your arms already do...can't wait to see your progress! :)
