30years Old- Finished Having Kids, Time to Get Back to Old Me - Toowoomba, Australia

Well im 6 weeks post op and i feel good. i still freak out that i am doing damage when i lift my toddler. My main swelling is above my belly button. The doc says it is normal, but it doesn't seem to be getting better very quickly.

I actually got dressed up and went shopping the other day for the first time and it was GREAT. For the first time in forever i felt fantastic about the way i looked!!! That alone makes my surgery worth every cent. I love my new body and i am so glad i did it.

So im nearly 4 weeks post op. The swelling is going down at a rapid rate now. The massage every night on the swollen bits seems to be helping a lot. I am not sure how much better or smaller my belly button will get. Any answers??? Cos its pretty huge i know swelling goes down but the actual size and shape of the hole not sure??? But the shape my belly is taking is fantastic!!!!! My husband is really impressed too. Counting down the days till im 6 weeks post op so i can do things and not be in trouble!!!!
