Cheap Quality, Does Not Honor Warranty, Bad Experience

This experience could not have been any worse. I paid for 24 zirconium crowns and was told they will make them exactly how I wanted them and that there would be plenty of time to make changes before I left Turkey.

That did not happen - they kept pushing back the final fitting by many days until the night before I was supposed to return to the US. At 2 AM they finished the final fitting when I had a plane at 6 AM that same day. I was not happy with the teeth there - they looked cheap, the sizes were wrong and basically they were made in a straight line instead of rounded to follow the teeth. I was very unhappy but they said I have a 15 year warranty so I decided that I would come back later to get new ones.

While in the US the teeth starting to move and finally, after only 2 months from having them mounted, the lower crowns completely fell off.

I came back to Turkey right away but then surprise - their whole demeanor changed. They refused to make any changes and wanted to charge me again for each tooth. I went to talk to a manager and they simply refused, even though I had the crowns in my hand.

This place is cheap, yes, but you get what you pay for. If you're still thinking about getting anything ( though I would strongly advise against it) make sure you: 1. pay with Visa or Mastercard so you can do a charge back and 2. get an actual receipt, that mentions exactly what was done, when, and for what price not the simple green piece of paper they give you instead ( they do that so they don't have to pay taxes is what I heard).
