Finally at Peace with my Appearance! - Toorak, AU

After a disastrous primary rhinoplasty two years ago, I was certainly much more cautious about choosing my doctor the second time around, and after two years of research, I am so happy I made the right decision in Dr Chris Moss. I was definitely apprehensive about going through another surgery and the healing process all over again, however any apprehensions I had were alleviated after speaking with Nurse's Stacey, Olivia and Jaime, who are all so professional, whilst still being warm and caring, attentive and incredibly patient. I was never made to feel like any question was silly or a bother. I just knew I was in the right hands with Dr Moss and his team, and felt extremely comfortable and cared for. Dr Moss was honest with me from the get go and at no point did he promise me a "perfect" nose, as I was left in quite a mess after the first surgery and suffering from a poly-beak deformity. I did feel totally at ease and confident in his ability to correct my physical deformities which left me with breathing issues and a LOT of residual scar tissue as a result of my primary surgery. Well, what an improvement, after only three months post op, I never EVER thought I would feel this amazing, I now have an attractive and natural, refined and balanced nose to fit my petite features. Dr Moss really listens to your concerns, I did feel other surgeons I I saw for consultations were not really listening to me, or did not take me seriously. Dr Moss is a very professional and gentle man who is extremely talented. This gentleness carries over on to his work, I did not suffer any post operative pain or complications as compared to my first rhinoplasty. He genuinely cares for you and truly wants to provide you absolutely the best outcome possible. I finally feel like I can put the last two horrible years behind me and feel confident and happy when I look in the mirror. Dr Moss has done an incredible job. I am happy to supply images privately.
