I'm a 51 yr old female. I've always worked out regularly to keep myself in shape but time and menopause have taken their toll! There are several areas that I want to improve but my outer thighs is the area that bothered me the most. When I found out I wasn't a candidate for Coolsculpting I opted to get liposuction. I was so glad to find out it could be done under local anesthetic right in Dr. Zavell's office. Dr. Zavell explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. After speaking with him I felt completely confident in his ability to do the surgery. The staff are also very professional, friendly and well informed. Everyone was so nice to me -- especially on the day of my surgery. The surgery couldn't have gone any better. I had the procedure around 10 a.m. and was home around noon. I never had a lot of pain and simple Motrin took care of any discomfort. The recovery was very easy. No one even knew I had anything done or that I was in the recovery phase. It was the easiest surgery I ever had and I am very happy with the results. I will no doubt be back to get some of my other areas done at some point in the near future. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Zavell to anyone.

good for you! I have had lipo and I have done coolsculpting and I can verify that lipo works. Coolsculpting is a waste of time and money.
So happy for you -- thanks for sharing your experience with us. How did you find wearing the compression garment and how long did you wear it for? We would love to see your results, would you consider sharing some before and after photos with us.
