I've been in search for a treatment to help improve my acne scars for over two years. After countless consults at other facilities and weighing my options as to which treatment would give me the results I was looking for, I made the decision to drive almost 4 hours from Pgh, pa to Dr. Barone's office in Toledo. Prior to scheduling my first appointment, Dr. Barone's staff helped make my decision an easy one - I can't compliment them enough. They were the first office that treated me like they actually cared about my concerns and were enthusiastic to pacticipate in my journey to better skin. I first had a FaceTime consult with Dr. Barone and his nurse Julie, they answered all of the questions and put any worries to rest. I went for my first treatment on Friday, April 29th -- they evaluated my skin and set up a skin care regiment that would compliment my Infini Rf treatment and help improve my results. After the numbing cream was applied and set for about an hour we began the treatment -- overall it was about an hour and a half (because of my acne scaring I needed a more aggressive treatment). The procedure was a little uncomfortable, but I wouldn't say "painful" -- Julie made the experience wonderful as Dr. Barone checked in numerous times to make sure I was comfortable and to review our progress. The following day I am a little swollen and red, but if I didn't look in the mirror I'd never know I had a treatment done! I am anxious to go back for my next visit and cannot wait to see the incredible results I know are near in the future! I will keep posting updates and pictures of my progress... I just cannot say enough about Evolv Medical Aestheics and highly recommend Dr. Barone and his staff!

Thank you! I'm so glad to have finally started the process - My skin responded so well to the treatment, I didn't really peel at all. I was red and a bit swollen (with some pin marks) for about 3-4 days, however makeup completely covered it. It's been a little over two weeks since my treatment and I am already noticing some results! I will have my second treatment on the 17th of June (that was the next available appointment) and then I'll go one more time 6 weeks after that.

I will get a total of 3 treatments (4-6 weeks in between) -- since I was getting the most invasive treatment, it took about an hour and a half. Your skin will continue to improve for 6 months after your last treatment -- however I have already begun to notice results with just one treatment!

little early to give a thumbs up. You should wait couple of month and see if you have improvement in your skin

I had a wonderful treatment too but right after the they finished they put a makeup foundation on my face called Lycogel, and I don't think my skin reacted to it well. I broke out in white heads the next day, my cheeks covered in big red under skin pimples. What did they put on your face right after your procedure ?

Just had a look at this ZO Brightalive you speak of. This actually looks like its proper medical stuff though which is great. Wish I had this stuff put on my face rather than a foundation :(

Yea I hear ya! I wouldn't want a fondation on after having the infini either!
Hi, thank you for sharing your experience and your photos! I can completely relate to having acne. I've suffered with it for over 20 years and still have outbreaks at 47! I'm glad you found a solve you like to help with acne scars.
Are you peeling at all?
