After a 90lb weight loss I was left with asymmetrical sagging breast.
Dr. Zavell and his staff are very friendly. Scheduling was easy and the surgery center staff was great.
I was not fully prepared for the pain the day after surgery but within 4 days I was off pain meds during the day and used them for a week to help me sleep at night (as it was impossible to get comfortable).
I had some bruising and swelling that resolved in about 2 weeks.
By about 8 weeks my breast had fallen into there "permanent" location and shape. The slope is very natural and full. In a bra people I see every day had no idea I had a procedure done.
The scars are still prominent but Dr. Zavell assured me at my 12 week follow up that over time they will continue to fade and if the scars still bother me in 6-9months there are options to help with them.
Cost was slightly higher than average for my area, I was able to finance the procedure. While the office did set me up with a financier I was able to secure a better plan on my own. The price was worth it for an experienced and respected physician.
Con- I did receive bills from the surgery center that I was not expected (around $60) for test that I was not aware were going to be preformed at an extra charge until after the fact.

Dr. Zavell is very kind and professional. I met with several surgeons and Dr. Zavell made me feel the most at ease. He took the time to answer my questions and explained all my options. While he did talk to my driver post op, I would have liked if he had come back in to talk to me also. I felt that follow up appointments were adequate and always got in and out in a timely manner. The office is easy to reach by phone and email with any questions.
