I have had saggy breast for as long as I can...

WORTH IT$6,400
I have had saggy breast for as long as I can remember. For my size I was very lucky to have boobs as big as they were. But being athletic, not wearing proper sports bra and a fluctuation in weight I was left even more deflated. Everyone tried to say I didn't need it. And I totally understand I'm young/ haven't had kids but ive always been insecure. I am a 32/34 DDD (at Victoria's Secret). My biggest concern is I don't want them to look huge, and obviously the scarring.

Two days out, I am only allowed to wash around my gauze pads and won't be able to shower until after my first post op appointment on Wednesday (6 days post). Day one was super rough for me. I have never had any surgery, and IV or anesthesia. They sent me home with pain meds and pills to makes sure I don't get any infection but sadly anytime I ate anything I would throw it up. So I wasn't able to even keep the pills down so the pain was extremely high. After falling asleep last night I woke up this morning and have felt a ton better, I can eat and that means I can keep the pain meds down so the pain has been drastically less! I feel pretty good so far, I am definitely really swollen. My only concern is I don't want them to look too big... I think once the swelling goes down and they drop slightly I will be happy. I know it's a weird request but I don't want to look super busty.. I feel like sometimes women can look like a linebacker when they are too chesty hahah! I know I know I'm crazy. But when I weighed 15 pounds more I just felt so chesty. Obviously weighing less helps and I didn't get implants of any kind but that's my only concern! I can't wait to see without any gauze pads on!!!

I had my pre-op this morning. OMG it is coming quick. The nurse and Dr. are awesome. He is also going to do a little lipo under my arm pit. He offered so I accepted. LOL I forgot to ask what happens if I drop another 15 pounds... Will they droop again??

Those are my thoughts exactly because I am about 7 pounds from where I want to be. But I read on here anything under 15 usually won't affect it, but anything over that will. I guess it's a case by case though! Fingers crossed it doesn't make any difference. But I think even if they drop slightly it won't be a huge change

Almost one week out
LovestolaughApril 12, 2017
I went to my first post op today. I finally got to see for myself what they look like! Everything is healing as should, he said it looks like I have implants (I agree :D ) I went home and showered right away since I couldn't until today. up until now I have been super excited about what they look like. I definitely have fullness up top. My best friend even said they look smaller ( a perk in my book). My only thing now after really examining them is that the nipple might still be slightly low. I could be over analyzing and I am only a week out but I guess I expected the nipple to be higher. I know I have rather large breast and it could maybe just not have been possible but I'm kinda in a gray area on how I feel.

I think it's entirely natural to over analyse after surgery, from an outsiders point of view I think your nipple look to be in a perfect position, I read another ladies posts on here who's nipple were higher and they were popping out of the top of bras.
I would micro analyse everything too though.
You look amazing to me, especially comparing before to after, I can only imagine wearing low cut tops but you will be able to soon.
I'll keep reading and hopefully some of your bravery will rub off on me xx

Aw thank you so much! Honestly as swelling had subsided I feel like the position is more realistic. I do think too high can be a bad thing! Thank you so much for your wonderful compliments! I actuallly did wear a low back tank top out on a weekend night without a bra... probably not the best to do quite yet but I was so excited and it was only a few hours.. but the position look natural and good! So definitely warming up to them!
