I am really excited about finally getting some curves in my upper body. i have always had hips and nothing to match up here. Tired of my padded bras and bikinis. Cant wait for it to happen!
240CC seemed a bit small than what i wanted. i asked for a 280cc in the beginning. but the doctor advised against it saying that my frame was too small and they would look too "obvious". Also, he said that i have very thin skin and that would not be good for a bigger implant.
Hoping it would get me from a flat A cup to a big B or even a small C? ill still be very happy with a B cup.

Doc did an amazing job. I thought they'd be too small but they're perfect! moved from a 32AA to a 32C. They still need to fluff just a bit (upper pole a tad too round for my taste). But overall, extremely satisfied. Is it just me or does anyone else touch their girls to make sure theyre still there? I even catch myself going to the bathroom to peak at them. Got myself some super cute bralettes from F21 and im ecstatic! For the first time in my life, i feel ... womanly! if that makes any sense?
Can't wait for them to start jiggling!

You can make reservations online for a free consultation but they didn't have a translator when i applied, so i was told they might refuse my case because of the language. My Japanese was ok enough though, lucky me!
Very satisfied with the experience, although i wish they had better follow-up/bedside manner. but then it is japan, doctors don't seem to do so, maybe because of the number of patients waiting(noticed that with my OBGYN,dentist,dermatologist...)?
Have to be honest and say that you will need to do a lot of research on what you want before going. don't go with the idea of: oh he/she is the doc so they know. Boobs come in all shapes, so have photos of exactly what you want and what you don't want.
another thing i didn't like is that you can't get different size implants. So if you already have asymmetry, you might end up with wonkier looking tatas. My asymmetry is not that noticeable so no pb for me. They do seem to have more experience with the fat transfer which is what most japanese ladies go for because they want to stay au naturel. But i opted for implants because my weight fluctuate a ton and didn't want my money to go to waste. my implants are anatomical cohesive gel 240CC.
might be small, but fits me perfect. they stick to the chest wall like velcro to help avoid any capsular contracture (knock on wood). They have very firm, and need at least a year to soften up. I dont mind! I lived with two mosquito bites for 15 years, having firm tatas now is not a problem at all.
