So I got an email yesterday that my last month of aligners should be here Monday!!! It's bittersweet. I'm so close to being done! I just started M3W3/4.
You'll probably read lots of reviews about delays in shipments but aside from the initial set of aligners taking a little longer than expected, it was smooth sailing once I started. They actually sent months 2 and 3 before I finished month 1 which was awesome. So just have some patience and don't let all the negativity from impatient SDC users sway your decision to try it too much.
I'm also excited because my teeth are moving right on track with no problems. I don't see the need for refinements if they keep it up next month, they're almost completely straight already with one month left to go! So yes, SDC definitely works you just have to adhere to the 22 hour rule. I agree the wear time is the big key to success. They says 22 hours so if you forget for 6 hours on a Friday night plus a few time of 18-20 during the wee it won't work. If you wear them they pretty much work.
