32 Year Old, 32DDD, Droopy Breasts with Slight Pectus Excavatum

Numerous friends of mine have had the renowned Dr. Michael Cohen, Belcara Health in Baltimore Md, do their augmentation or breast lift combo, and I felt truly comfortable after my consultation.
Current stats: 32DDD, droopy breasts in need of a lift, minor pectus excavatum. My BWD is 12 for both breasts, and I believe I will be going with 350 or 400 moderate plus, smooth, round silicone. I am 5'8, broad shoulders, and weigh 132 lbs. My weight has never really fluctuated.
I am nervous, but very excited to have the following done:
Breast lift
Breast augmentation for upper pole fullness
Slight closure of chest cavity due to PE.
The 11th is coming! I'm nervous, very extremely excited!

Update! Day 1
So yesterday I had my surgery and I was actually in OR longer than norm- 8-11:15. Hey I was fine with that-they took SUCH great care of me!! I was so impressed with the entire team- my nurse, Heather, my anesthesiologist rocked, and Dr. Cohen. They know their stuff!!
As soon as I woke up, I felt a lot of pain, but that subsided some. I came home and slept! Ice packs on for 20 mins every hour I was awake. Thank god for my husband and Mom who were here with me. The best thing so far was the sleeping device my husband got me- a wedge to sleep on! This is an absolute MUST!!
I threw up the little bit of soup I ate last night.
Right now I'm sitting on the sofa????, about to take a nap, but I do feel my pain has resided. Now it's pressure and just a bit of nausea. Ohhh I forgot to say yesterday I had horrible pain in my eye (weird) all day. I couldn't open it and it was watering like crazy. I may have gotten some of the nausea medicine in it as it burned and felt all scratched up. Now it's mostly back to normal.

So your breast tissue on top of the 360 cc ?? Or did they reduce your breast tissue ?

Hey girlie- yes the breast tissue that was kept is on top of the 360cc moderate plus smooth silicone. I do believe I am the same size as before. My shirts look exactly the same on, which I am fine with- they just look ten times better and don't flow over the edges in disgust

Day 2 Post
So today I feel a whole lot better than yesterday. My arms are still very immobile, but I can move them slightly it just hurts. My last pain med was this morning at 8 am and it's now evening (6pm). I was "able to walk to the mailbox, get up to the bathroom myself, and open doors, etc! Yay! Major progress in just one day. Hoping tomm will only be better. I do have swelling under my armpit area. I haven't taken my recovery bra off, except for this pic- I do find my recovery bra digging in my skin under breasts. However, I will not go against my docs directions. The team worked hard to perfect them ??

Hi Hun!! You look lovely!! You sound like you are doing pretty good!!! Take care,,,make sure you rest still. Yes,,,,the bra is uncomfortable. I hated mine. My doctor made me wear it for a month. Im in it again too,,because I just had a revision. Hang in there. Things get easier day by day!!!!! Happy Healing!

Thank you for the update! Your pictures have helped me because your stats are the same is mine (except age) and I'm trying to get an idea of what 360cc's look like. It's hard to tell with just the sizers. Your doctor did a fabulous job and I'm want to follow your journey. My surgery on August 11th and I'm kind of nervous.

Hey Karen! Yes i think this is a perfect size for me as I go to the gym frequently and don't want anything interfering. The sisters really did nothing for me. My doc went with the best fit for my BWD and keeping me pretty much the size, just a tad bigger than before- just majorly lifted lol.
