WORTH IT$5,500
I consulted via email with at least 6 doctors. 3 in Tijuana and 2 in Columbia and 2 in the states. The doctors in Columbia wouldn't take me as they said I had too much scar tissue from a previous circumferential TT done by Dr. Millard in Denver. I should add that Dr. Millard did a very subpar job, left a bad scar and a very poor hip shape and over lipo'd my legs & abs that left me with lumps and it was expensive - $17k. So DON'T base your choice on price. It has nothing to do with it. Go with the doctors experience on the surgery / outcome you are seeking!
I also consulted with Dr. Cardenas, Dr. Victor Gutierrez, Dr., and Dr. Campos. Price range was all similar, but included different things. I decided on Pantoja because he had more recent reviews, consistent results, nice even stitching and seemed to specialize in small waists. I'm so glad I went with him. I was probably around a 27" waist (due mostly to excess skin) and now its 23"
I wanted a Mommy Makeover but I was still lactating, as I breast fed for over 3 years and had stopped just 4 months prior. The Dr. wouldn't take a chance with infection and I am glad he veers on the safe side. I wanted BBL but there just wasn't enough fat. He took what he could - a tad off my upper back and arms and flanks and put it all in my hips. It was very little, but it did make a difference. I always looked very top heavy so the little changes he made had a huge impact. He also took the TT almost all the way around and gave me a bonus butt lift. It looks like I had BBL but its all me! So I don't have to worry about losing the fat. That was definitely a nice surprise. So what I thought would end up being an underwhelming result turned out to greatly exceed my expectations. I didn't think it would be possible for me to get this shape because I have a lot of muscle pack and didn't think I could be sculpted without all the fat to reposition. He stitched up my torn upper abs that were causing excruciating back / sciatica pain that was was getting worse. This fix alone was worth every penny. Here in the US the doctors use mesh to close up the abs. I did not want mesh inside me! Dr. Pantoja did multiple layers of dissolving stitches including
the fascia. It was the hardest part of recovery but so worth it. The back pain was almost instantly gone!
I ordered a fajas colombiana in XS and it was too big! So I am now in the XXS set on the smallest clasps.
His stitching is amazing and now on week six are pencil thin. Recovery was easy, I wasn't even nauseated or dizzy when I woke up. The private nurses were awesome. I was in the clinic 2 days. The private driver - Anita - is wonderful, on time, patient and made herself available. Ask the Dr.'s office for her number. She drove me to / from San Diego airport and over the border both ways straight to/from Dr.'s office. The price was a steal.
While i was recovering I found a great medspa called MoldArte. They have amazing promotions. I've done 2 PRP (vampire facelift) sessions on face and I'm seeing great results. I was considering a mini-face lift but now i'm feeling I don't need it!
Before pics are about 1 month prior to surgery, clothed pics are Halloween and being silly and wearing a wig. I'm 5' 4" 120 lbs.

I posted my first review in a hurry and the pictures were too large to load. Hopefully these go up!
I should add that I lost 130 lbs about 25 years ago through diet and exercise and have kept it off, so I've had surgeries to remove skin already. However none left me with the shape I wanted, and all of them left me big scars. I had a baby at 41. I was left with upper diastis recti. I work out a lot, so it wasn't that noticeable in clothing, but I had to keep my abs tightened in at all times or they would bulge. No matter how much I worked out I had the bulge and square trunk.
Finally heading back to the gym the weeks, its been about 3 months since my regular routing. Now I feel I will see the results of my workouts.
I will continue to post progress pics throughout my recovery.
If you are considering Dr. Pantoja feel free to PM me.

Hello, I am interested in your story and results as I am a very healthy person who works out daily but have the extra belly skin, I am looking to do a bikini competition after surgery and I'm worried about the scar from a Tummy Tuck, over all are you happy with the scar from the Tummy Tuck?
