30" Yr Old, Rhinoplazty Finally After All These Years I Found the Courage to Do It

I honestly feel excited but very nervous too because I want good results but I'm scared also for what ifs ??, although my family love me the way I am and so does my husband I feel that I need to do this for myself because It's something I've always wAnted to change about me but never did. I always hated my noses appearance my whole life. I used to get bullied alot because of my nose so you can't imagine how that affected me .looking forward to the new nose being cute and no hump :) I expect that recovery will be somewhat painful but thanks to all you wonderful ladies and men stories of encouragement and disappointment still made me go thru with it, all the support I see in this site makes me feel good with my decision, I know what to expect pain wise and feel I am prepared for it, I will be looking forward the support from the community in the website thanks and I have 23 days till my surgery so please keep me in your prayers thank you and god bless us all I'll keep you all posted :) happy holidays

Well let me just say Merry Christmas and Happy NEW Year everyone. Day of the surgery was all that I expected it to be in all honesty nothing bad all positive vibes and faces, it is a very pretty building with the surgery rooms inside of it which is great actually. All staff was and is very professional,clean,bilingual,respectful staff, and a friendly enviroent so with that said I have no complaints yet let's hope it stays like this anyway day one was fine not to much pain I felt normal just alot of discomfort from breathing from my mouth,day 2 was feeling good same only small discomfort from my nose from the inside and my breathing through the mouth nothing out of the ordinary as for the congestion it was getting worse but because I feel like I'm sick too as for the nose plugs Dr Castillo took them out on Day 2 .Day 3 and feeling good breathing is amazing but I'm starting to feel more dryness inside my nostrils so I'm making sure to spray the sterile nasal spray every 4 hrs and taking my meds pain wise it's been a 3-4 from a scale of 0-10 anyway I did end up with bruised eyes but on day one I had nothing it wasn''t until day 3 I got bad swollen eyes was doing good I'll keep you updated but so far my recovery isn't as bad as I expected it's actually not pain at all it more congestion dry throat but everyone is different so will see who it goes thank you if anyone has questions let me know I will try my best to reply

My nose had to be reviewed and worked on and yet it came pit looking worse!!!!! I wanna cry. I am so sad by the outcome but I can only look for another doctor that will want to fix the damages that have been done to my face. Please do your research before deciding on the fourth doctor you have interviewed and do much more consulting before deciding right away, Good luck and hope this review helps
