Office review: Unprofessional

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS SURGEON. Dr. Milla is an inadequate surgeon who cares zero about his patients and a person's valuable time. He canceled the day prior to my surgery after looking at my chest x-ray and said it looked like I had pneumonia or covid... liar. I was already in Tijuana a day prior to my surgery. The worst bedside manners because he is too big now to care about the trouble his patients that live in another state had to go through in order to coordinate a procedure with him. He is too busy updating his IG status with his model patients and his world travels. In my consult he did all the talking he could care less what I wanted, he brought in like 5 people in the consultation room. I said excuse me? Who are all these people in here I felt that it was so rude not to tell me who else was in there? He is cold, indifferent, and has zero personality, even with all his flaws I felt he was going to be able to assist me. He charged me originally $3700 and then refused to honor it after 6 months and upped the price to $5500. He has a rotating staff and I didn't even know who his staff is when I called. I paid hundreds of dollars in getting a sleep study, multiple Xrays, consultation fee, had to pay cancellation fees for my hotel, car, and flight. Not to mention time off of work. You can only reach his staff through WhatsApp. No one ever answers the phone. He is too busy promoting his face and business on billboards and social media. I was told that he schedules two surgeries a day which means he brings in like 40-50K a week. When I first met him he was really more approachable, but as soon as he became too big for his laurels he had an entourage of "yes" people surrounding him in his medical office. He thinks he's like this celebrity of plastic surgery, yes maybe in Tijuana but never in Los Angeles, he is not Dr. Paul Nassif. My UCLA/Harvard educated Santa Monica primary doctor saw my Xrays, he laughed and said Milla was incorrect in stating I had pnemonia or covid. My primary doctor said maybe he should go back to medical school. Milla did not care enough to give me the respect I deserved for going through all of this and understand all the time and effort I also put into attempting to make this surgery happen. I am thankful that he canceled I feel he is not well equipped to handle complicated revision surgeries while he is taking pictures and posting pics with models and looking like a slimy surgeon who wants to my Instagram famous. Ha! He deserves no business but will continue to get it because he's Instagram famous...in his head.
