My gf believes I an still getting bigger, it's 18.5 cm at the thickest point, mid shaft, when erect. Nice & firm when erect.
Nice & soft & floppy ( when soft) in either case, it's really heavy.
Very happy with the results.
1st 2 injections, I didn't wrap, so the pmma migrated down towards the head, but not unhappy. Last injection , I wrapped this time, so toward the head would not get any bigger.
Wanted to focus on the base & middle.
Keeping the pmma at the very base, is the hardest part.
The result is still amazing.
My gf loves it. I couldn't be more pleased with Dr Alavarez, JJ, & Dan Salas.
SLE has a gentleman now, who is excellent, drives , translates, ask/answers questions etc, & does whatever you ask him.

1 year after round 1.
All gains now, are permanent, I can safely say.
Actually is the same size today, as the day of round 3. Huge.
I haven't measured erect in months. I don't get erections very often, except when it's necessary. So measuring is not on my mind at those times. I will make an point to measure again.

Yes. Feels like it always did. It's is a bit surreal when I see or feel it in my hand. That's just visually. Feeling is exactly as it was before.

No.
I did have sex without waiting 6 weeks as Dr A recommended.
There was a donut for month just behind the tip. This completely disappeared after a month.
No other nodules.
Extremely smooth & even. Especially after round 3 when I used wraps for the first 4 days, to keep the pmma more towards the base & from going to the lowest point, behind the tip.
Round 3 also added the most size visually.

No idea what lumps or nodules you are talking about. There are none. Read my other post.
I use some skin whitener. My skin was darkening , for years prior to pmma. There are some.pink spots from that.
You definitely look huge! Congrats!! Respectfully though your results are very lumpy and look uneven. Are these nodules on mid top and close the base? The good thing is walking to the shower or changing, nobody would ever notice. It has been shown lower concentrations with smaller amounts in a session result in smoother results and reduced clumping/nodules. Good luck, you got great size!
I see that your head is somewhat angled is that from the procedure? or what it like that before PMMA? you look very HUGE by the way.

I reached out to Surgery Life last week and was given the various prices for the 30, 45, 60 and 80cc packages. I was wondering did you purchase one package then come back to get topped off a few times or did you purchase the smaller packages

Thank you, Pat for all the info. I called surgery life enhancement and they were very helpful about the pe process. SLE mentioned in the consultation that PMMA takes 3 or 4 months for the final growth results. I hope you can share your results at that time.
Erect length, no change. Flacid length 4" before. 5.5"-6" after- it varies.Very heavy, which I enjoy. When hard, It's substantially heavier. Some woman say it's too much.
As far as length procedure, I personally regret , 20 years ago by Dr Elist, having my suspensory ligament cut. He also did the "turkey neck skin removal. Which I also regret. Scarring & the look is not as natural. The suspensory ligament, now my erection at best, points horizontal. I wish it pointed up like before.
It didn't really help even then flaccid length. The.suspensory ligament being cut, does not change erect length. As far as I'm concerned.
I also had Dr Elist do far injection. Also a waste. All reabsorbed.
Pmma is the only permanent solution, that results in real living tissue growing. The size increase is from tissue growth, not the pmma beads. The beads trigger tissue to grow to encapsulate the tiny foreign objects- the pmma beads.
