After much reading about all varieties of cosmetic procedures using pmma, for face, or anywhere. The good & the bad, I decided the risk we're quite low.
Looking at forums, it boiled down to 2 clinics in Tijuana. I read every post, in the forums.
SLE, Surgery Life Enhancement, Dr Alavarez, had the smoothest results, & also substantially bigger injections, per procedure.
They actually will agree to fill, until the skin is full.they know.exactly when to stop.
I received 3 treatments.
Always professional, respectful, friendly, & reassuring. They will provide drivers (from San Diego airport, or wherever, arrange hotel. Follow-up check.
I had zero.pain. zero complication.
Each procedure, took around an hour. Some time filling paperwork, & recovery.
I was given a sedative. Asleep for the procedure. Worenoff in a few hours.
Before my Flaccid girth FG, was 11 cm (4.5"). Flaccid length FL, was 13cm (5")
After round 1, 3/16, 40 cc of Evelo, measurements were FG 13cm, & FL 13cm.
Even tho the injection is absorbed, over a few months, the PMMA causes real skin tissue to grow, on the inside surface of the skin of the.penis.
After round 2, 7 months later, 35cc's of Evelo, my FG was 14.5, & FL was 14cm.
Never any change in sensation, during sex or otherwise.
Another 7 months, I went in for Round 3. Dec 2017.
65cc's of Evelo. To accommodate more pmma, I pumped (vacuum) routinely, for months. With a 2.5" cm diameter cylinder.
It's been 5 day after.
Final FG is 17.5. FL is 15. It's quite heavy. So it hangs heavy & longer, than before. No other reason for length increase. Erect length is the same. Erect girth is 18.5cm.
Erect length is unchanged.
Another great experience with SLE.
Everyone was extremely informative. JJ & Dan Salas, we're both customers themselves. Both very friendly & helpful.
Dr Alvarez, took great care, & answered all questions. She provided after care instructions, which involve abstaining for sex for 6 weeks. I never waited that long, which never caused a problem. Wrapping is recommended, as when the penis hangs down all the time, the product tends to migrate down.
Wrapping for 4 days after, avoids this. In either case, I never wrapped the first 2 rounds, & I was fine. Maybe 1 cm thicker at the end.
I couldn't be happier with.my results.

Good result. Can I just ask, for this procedure. How would the penis erect if PMMA is injected into the skin when in flaccid state. I can only imagine there isn't enough skin for the penis to erect. Hope you can share. And if possible, how much was it per treatment. Thanks

it’s not injected in flaccid state. it’s done in the erect state that way that can determine if your a good candidate for 40 ,60, or 80 cc’s.

So if it is done in the erect state, you would basically be in erect state forever once the procedure is done? I mean in terms of length and size just not hard? Before sex it just becomes hard with the same length and size already?

Totally wrong. The.skin pmma creates behaves the same as other skin. It stretches & contracts.
I am always surprised how much it grows in appearance.

Wow, then that is amazing. Does it help to increase in length as well beside girth? Are there any discomfort too now that your penis is much bigger, for example when you lie down, walk, sleep etc

The only length gain is flaccid. Because of the added weight. Is quite heavy now, relatively speaking. Nothing I notice by it feeling heavier. It feels the same as ever. Just an effect that pulls it down more than flaccid. Hanging longer.

So it seems like this method is only for girth instead of length. How long will it usually last and is it as hard as before when in Erect state now?

Yes. It's only girth, when erect. I would say when flaccid, it's much heavier, & hangs longer. Erect, it's just as hard. Soft, just as soft.

How long will this last tho? I am trying to imagine how you can inject it while in erect state, cause in erect state, the penis will be hard with the skin being tight already.
Could u post a picture of the erect form? That could really make things easier to understand. Thanks man

I did have sex without waiting 6 weeks as Dr A recommended.
There was a donut for month just behind the tip. This completely disappeared after a month.
No other nodules.
Extremely smooth & even. Especially after round 3 when I used wraps for the first 4 days, to keep the pmma more towards the base & from going to the lowest point, behind the tip.
Round 3 also added the most size visually.

I use some skin whitener. My skin was darkening , for years prior to pmma. There are some.pink spots from that.

You definitely look huge! Congrats!! Respectfully though your results are very lumpy and look uneven. Are these nodules on mid top and close the base? The good thing is walking to the shower or changing, nobody would ever notice. It has been shown lower concentrations with smaller amounts in a session result in smoother results and reduced clumping/nodules. Good luck, you got great size!

I reached out to Surgery Life last week and was given the various prices for the 30, 45, 60 and 80cc packages. I was wondering did you purchase one package then come back to get topped off a few times or did you purchase the smaller packages

3 smaller packages.
The stitching the injection point, allows for bigger fills. Before they would stop at 40cc.

Thank you, Pat for all the info. I called surgery life enhancement and they were very helpful about the pe process. SLE mentioned in the consultation that PMMA takes 3 or 4 months for the final growth results. I hope you can share your results at that time.

My gf believes I an still getting bigger, it's 18.5 cm at the thickest point, mid shaft, when erect. Nice & firm when erect.
Nice & soft & floppy ( when soft) in either case, it's really heavy.
Very happy with the results.
1st 2 injections, I didn't wrap, so the pmma migrated down towards the head, but not unhappy. Last injection , I wrapped this time, so toward the head would not get any bigger.
Wanted to focus on the base & middle.
Keeping the pmma at the very base, is the hardest part.
The result is still amazing.
My gf loves it. I couldn't be more pleased with Dr Alavarez, JJ, & Dan Salas.
SLE has a gentleman now, who is excellent, drives , translates, ask/answers questions etc, & does whatever you ask him.

1 year after round 1.
All gains now, are permanent, I can safely say.
Actually is the same size today, as the day of round 3. Huge.
I haven't measured erect in months. I don't get erections very often, except when it's necessary. So measuring is not on my mind at those times. I will make an point to measure again.

Yes. Feels like it always did. It's is a bit surreal when I see or feel it in my hand. That's just visually. Feeling is exactly as it was before.
Yes, don't remember seeing a result like this. But my third round , 65cc 2 weeks post, is amazing.
