3 Month Update: Very Pleased with my Butt Implants! - Mexico

I went to Dr. Pantoja in 2014 for a Brazilian butt lift and I loved the results until my body absorbed the fat. This is not the fault of the surgeon and I was informed this may be an outcome. I was pretty sad, so I decided to take the plunge and consider butt implants. I was horrified because the reviews I have read about that procedure has left many patients unhappy due to the infection rate or the implants shifting. After my positive experience with Dr. Pantoja and his staff previously I decided to take a chance and get butt implants and hope for the best. I just did not like having a flat butt.
The day of surgery all went well, but it was uncomfortable sleeping on my stomach. My legs were numb for hours, but I was told it is only temporary symptom to the anesthesia. I made the mistake of not booking an aftercare facility because I assumed butt implants were going to be somewhat easy. This was a pretty intense procedure, and shame on me for not realizing that.

The key is keeping the suture as clean as possible, constantly using the medicinal spray, and if you have to poop, clean the wound immediately. You will not be able to comfortably sit for a while, and you need to sleep on your stomach for two weeks. There will be a 1-2 inch scar in between your buttocks and it will be a bit itchy.
I am currently 3 months from my procedure and I am pretty happy. The implants have settled in their pockets and my butt feels as natural as it did before the procedure. It would not be obvious I have been augmented unless someone was really looking for imperfections. I have 450cc oval implants placed under the buttock muscle. I feel that this was the perfect implant size.
Dr. Pantoja is a skilled surgeon and very kind. I was very nervous before the surgery but he assured me that he will place the implants so they will shift or migrate in any way by making the pocket only big enough to fit the implant. I have had absolutely no issues in 3 months and had a successful outcome. My only complaint is that when I sit I can sometimes feel the implants and one cheek looks slightly pointer than the other. Other than that, I am very pleased.

In 2015, I had 450cc Ploytech implants with Dr. Pantoja. I enjoyed the office staff and his demeanor. I felt I was treated well. At first I was fairly happy with the outcome, then roughly at 6 months I noticed the implants had dropped significantly and I could completely see the outline of the implants. I was told the implants were placed under the muscle but they were not as they were sagging and looked terrible. The implants shifted all the time and caused some pressure on my backside. Anyone that saw my butt could tell it wasn't natural. I did like the liposuction results from Dr. Pantoja, I just do not recommend butt implants. I have needed a revision and went to Dr. Stanton in Beverly Hills. Butt implants under the muscle are the only way to go.
