Hi everyone!
Just a final update on my face procedures. Basically, I love the shape of my face! I finally have cheekbones and a chin. It's a subtle effect which is fine with me. I wasn't looking for dramatic. My chin retracted, but of course, because of my age, I will need a lift or some other measures, but I'm not quite ready for that just yet. I'm including some more pics with no makeup on. I'm sorry that I don't have many "before" pics. Stay tuned for my next non-invasive skin resurfacing procedures! Thanks, everyone. I'm happy to answer any questions about Dr. Lazos. He is a really good doc!

3 week update!
Hi everyone,
Not a whole lot to report but I am very pleased with what I see so far. I went for my last lymphatic massage and it really helped resolve all my swelling issues. I just have a little pain (super-minimal) under my chin, but my recovery overall has been very easy! My results so far are not super dramatic, but I'm including a couple of pictures....especially before and afters of my chin. Love that "fat pad" is disappearing! I'm not as young as some of the other girls who had this done so I was really afraid that the laxity in my skin was going to be an issue. I will see how things look at the 90-day mark. I'm sure I may have to follow up with a little bit of Kybella. I'll do another update on the 60-day mark or so.

You look great
I’m looking at the price you paid and I am astonished. So cheap. Here in the U.K. it’s so expensive

Ahhhh...the miracle of massage!!!!
Hi everyone!
I'm exactly 7 days post op and I feel great. I've been a good girl and have been wearing my compression garment...except at night. I just can't tolerate it. I also spoke with my doc last night to update him on my status and to tell him that I was starting lymphatic massage today. He agreed and told me I can switch to only wearing my garment 5 hours per day for another few days.
I went for my massage today and if you ladies haven't had a lymphatic massage, I tell you they are heaven and really help reduce pain and swelling after surgery. My therapist is so gentle, yet firm. She pushed all my swelling out and afterward (it lasts about 50 minutes), I peed out so much fluid! The proof is in the pudding however....take a look at how much slimmer my face looks. :)
My face is still a little tender; especially on my cheeks, but I have had absolutely zero bruising. Happy about that. I have another massage scheduled for Sunday. Ok, that's it for now. I'll continue to update when I start to see some more changes. This is a process and you have to be patient.

Hi, where are you getting your massages done?

January 7, 2018
Shen Shen in Lincoln Park and another therapist in Wicker Park. It’s important to find someone who is certified in manual lymphatic massage.

how many massages are u planning to get? can’t wait to see ur results ... I had it done with him in Oct but I didn’t see a difference on my chin

Yes, the chin I the hardest. I realize that I will probably need to follow up with Kybella. I had 4 massages and the last one is tomorrow.
