I had my chin implant with neck lipo done in Atlanta. This is my second neck lipo. The first in Tijuana, I was not numb enough and I felt it. This one I was asleep. I dont know how many cc's he removed but I can see the difference. My jaw line is slowly taking form. I'll take a few pics of the side of my neck in about a month.

Hi, thanks for sharing your experience. Out of curiosity did you look into or consider doing your neck lipo with Dr Lazos at the same time as your buccal fat removal? And did you pay $990 just for the buccal removal only? Just wondering if his prices have gone up with demand. Used to be $250 then $500. Thanks
I spoke with the Dr and he did tell me $990 for both buccal and Lipo. Just buccal is $500. I want neck Lipo also.
Thank you so much for the info. Looking at doing this procedure as well just need to make time to be off for a whole week to not go back to work all swollen and bruised.

Chin implants surgery July 27, 2018

I had chin implant surgery with chin lipo under general anesthesia to improve my chin appearance. The last pic is one week post op. I have a small hematoma under the incision and the incision is still slightly swollen. I should be fully healed in a few more weeks. My weight is now 218 today. I've got another 10 lbs. to drop problem is I gain muscle fast when I do HIIT training. Oh well, I'm still happy with the results so far.

2 months post-op

I can definitely see a slight improvement in my jaw line. I'm still 10-15 lbs. away from my goal and when I reach that goal, I believe I'll look better.
