One side I have a very contoured look and the other is the same as before. However, it is still tender and probably not fully healed on my right side( the less contoured side). I dunno did anyone have asymmetrical healing? I am waiting on the three month mark to judge.

Slowly, but surely! I definitely see a difference since April. I'm also afraid of asymmetrical healing but I hear people say it evens out in 3 months :( Have you changed your diet or anything to see if it will help the swelling?An Anti-inflammation diet might work good for the first 3 months
i got the same thing and over time saw a huge improvement but didn’t realize it until i did before and after photos!

5 days shy of one month post op
So, I still have a small knot in the right side of my face. I think there is still some swelling. The doctor said the knot is likely a hematoma that will slowly go away and believe me it is SLOW. Hopefully my results will be better at the three month mark.

How is your lump on the right side?
It is better but it is a lot not all the way gone. I can see good results on my left side but not 100% on my right. The lump is primarily around the incision site. Hopefully, it goes away because it is clear one side looks better than the other.
Any update photos ? I want o know how you feel about results so far.
