Okay I have tried to be calm and tried to give my breast time I am 4 almost 5 months out now from having my breast done and I have to say that I have been truly messed up.
I tried to address the issue with my Dr and he just wants to push the blame off on me and make it look like I did something wrong and that is why I am messed up but I know for a fact tha g I followed every instruction that Dr. CERVANTES gave me.

I am now to the point that I hate we hat he has done to me. I cry and I feel ugly. My husband doesn't like them and says they are messed up and look like old lady saggy [RS bleep].

One is larger then the other which I do know everyone has one bigger but mine is way bigger and the Dr has no clue as to why and just simply doesn't seem to want to help fix it.

I have been to other Dr's here to get consults on how to fix me and it will cost me 10,000.00 to 12,000.00.

They have all told me the same thing that all of this issue is because the implants are gummy silicone and are too heavy and should of NEVER EVER BEEN PLACED ABOVE THE MUSCLE.
these implants are 650 cc gummy bear and should of only been placed under the muscles.

Due to this not being done correctly I have suffered sever and huge stretch ripple marks in my arm pit area that go from the corner of the breast up they my arm pit.

I have what is called bottoming out of the breast implants thru the bottom as well as thru the sides

I post these same issues in this Dr's fb page and I was bashed by others that are on the page because I went to this group of Dr's for my lip injections and I returned for my breast and so since I went back I must like the work as they say and the Dr himself posted a comment on my picture starting this is what happens when. You don't follow instructions again. I can assure all of you that I did follow my orders given to me I wore my bra 24 / 7 minus shower time I got permission before going into a different bra due to allergic reaction of my surgerical bra.

I sent him pictures and I didn't exercise or lift at all.
I followed my orders to a T.

I am truly sad about all of this. I see may of his other patients and they look so lovely , maybe he was too tired after the 1st patients surgery to take the time to correctly do mine or of he just didn't care but either way I am being left in a bad state and it's not fair nor professional.

I am beyond happy with my results. I love them. I am still bruised quite a bit as i am only 3 days out. But they look perfect.

I had 290cc of natural breast tissue and i went with a 650cc gummy bear silicone. implant. Mine are over the muscle and i had a periareola lift.

Well yesterday was my big day i can't believe I did it.

I started our with 290 cc natural tissues on my breast and had 650 silicone implants placed.

Pre op I was fasting from 9 pm the night before surgery until surgery l. I got a bit sick feeling so they gave me fluids and nausea meds as well and glucose through the IV that helped me a lot I sent in to surgery around 3ish pm Tijuana time and was out of surgery a little after 5 pm. I had pain when I woke up and my airway felt swollen so they have my oxygen for a while after that help the also gave me pain med in the IV that help a lot and make me loopy and a bit. .lol. silly.
I felt pretty good I got meds to prevent infection too.
I got water and did well then Gatorade and only drank a but of that as it was sweet. Then I got to get up and go pee. I tried to rest but was too excited to sleep I visited with friends for a bit and face booked I Had everyone laughing.

The second time o for up.to pee and out my lips rings back in i got.really sick feeling. I freaked out a bit. I was hot dizzy nauseous and my heart was going fast.

My BP dropped really low it was 75/50
They put my head of the bed all 0f the way down and my feet high up and pushed extra fluids through my iv after about an hour my BP was good so.i got to set up again. I was doing great I tried to eat this yummy oatmeal the brought me but I felt to heavy for my little tummy so I stopped and just saved it for later.

I relaxed until it was time to come back to my hotel which was moved from 8 pm to 10 pm due to the BP drop I had.

I got dizzy when I was getting dressed but it was due to rushing to get ready. I just laid my head down and feet up that time right as I started feel dizzy I laid there for about 10 minutes and I was good to go. My BP was good then.

We made it back to the hotel around 1030ish I ordered chicken soup to sip and help my tummy feel okay enough to tale my meds. O took my meds a round 11 pm and went to sleep woke up around 2 to go pee and when back to sleep and again at 4 due to starting to have pain. I peed and then took my pain meds and laid down again. I felt upset to my tummy so I ate a few crackers and drank some water.

Working advice eat before pain meds.

I have had to sleep propped up die to pressure and some pain when I lay flat.

4 pillows helped.

I have a drain that will be removed today sometime before noon.

I am scared about that part as people have said it hurts.

Right now it's been about and hour since I took my pain meds and i am feeling sleepy so I will update again later.
